    Hello

I don t think you will get the right answer here because it is a forum for Toshiba portable computers/computers and all the stuff that has something to do with it.
If you have some problem with the TV I recommend you to contact your dealer in TV shop. They specialise in these issues and I hope they can help you with this.

My friends also Toshiba TV and in the settings there is option where you can activate channel scan for channels analog, digital or both of them. There is also the option of quick analysis. Everything is described in s operating manuals.

  • X223W - VGA does not? (input not supported)

Or maybe that I don't do something good?  I'm just trying to plug my 360 via VGA.  I have my PC connected via DVI.  When the two are connected, I use the OSD to access the plug insertion icon.  I have 3 options here.  Analog, digital and DDC/CI.  Digital is highlighted that I assume average DVI is connected.  If I turn it on to analog the screen goes black and says "input not supported".  If I unplug my DVI cable and then just plug the VGA cable I always get "input not supported".

Any help would be appreciated it drives me crazy.

For reference, I used this same 360 and VGA cable on another monitor and it works fine.

It seems that sent by the 360 resolution or refresh rate is not supported by the monitor.

See this table of hours of support for this model:

  • Monitor turns off "-automatic detection of the analog inputs.

While I'm working I suddenly black screen and stays going this way. If I press the power button on the monitor power off, then on, I see a message auto detect (analog input). Sometimes, he goes and I can continue to work. Other times I have to go through which power action several times until it goes away and I can continue to work. How to fix this? Thank you.

This means that the monitor cannot synchronize the signal it receives from the computer. Either the signal is too low or too high for the monitor to use. Check the resolution as the frequency.

  • Equium A60-191: number of Modem - only an analog phone lines are supported

My Equium A60 has been turned on when lightning struck nearby and caused the power supply turn off and turn back on.

The OS is XP Home and my ISP is AOL. When I try to access the Net with DUN, I get the repeated error message:

"Connected phone line is not compatible with this modem. Only analog phone lines are supported. »

My desktop computer, which also uses AOL, always connects to the same phone line with no problems.

I restarted the A60 several times; changed and I tried the 2 phone connection cables - both work; the phone line works very well; I reinstalled the driver provided on this site; removed the tick from the box that says to wait for the telephone line; verified that the modem is working and on the Device Manager list. All this is in vain.

Convenience store suggests that COM 3 is not enabled. I don't see that com 3 listed in the device under Ports Manager.

I tried Google and ASK with the error message. There is not a lot of posts, and it seems that the Toshiba modem is actually an Agere. This fact seems to be the object of some of the complaints.

Finally, I uninstalled the driver/modem, AOL and another DUN connection. I restarted and went through the process of installing AOL and "new hardware". While the modem is on and allegedly working... I am still unable to connect to the Net. I reinstalled an additional 'pay as you go' ISP. When I try to dial a number on which it generates error 680. It does this even when the box is unchecked, to wait for a dial tone.

I would be very grateful if someone could help it. I'm out of ideas.

    Thank you very much.

    Hello

You are right, the modem supports the Modem Agere chip.
You won't find the COM3 in the Device Manager for the modem uses a non-real com port. It s virtual com port.

I think you should start the diagnostic tool test and check if the Modem has no malfunction.
Additional you must remove the connection in the region Select utility and after restarting again create a new.

I also found useful Microsoft article on troubleshooting network and dial-up connections.

  • Toshiba 32W2433DG auto stop signal only works for the analog TV

    I recently bought a 32W2433DG led TV.
This TV has supposedly auto signal feature where if no signal is found for 15 minutes, the TV is supposed to go in standby mode.

However, the only way I've seen this work, is if the TV is on analog TV.
None of the other methods of entry, either digital like hdmi or analog as the SCART, don't trigger the minute 15 none of signal strength.

Surely, this must be a bug in the firmware?

I wouldn't mind this problem IF I could get the TV to go to 'snow' (the method of analog TV input) after having turned off my hdmi device, but unfortunately, it seems that want to switch to analog tv after using another entry SOMETIMES turn off a unit SCART.

I also wouldn't mind, if the regular automatic power down when idle could be reduced by default 4 hours to say 1 hour.

The file firmware would be somehow modded to allow energy standby more short time (run it via a hex editor?)?

I don t think that the firmware could be modded or edited by joint customers of TV.
If new firmware is available, you should be able to download the file from the Toshiba page: http://www.toshiba-om.net/firmware.php

Has anyone found a way to use the HP w2408h HDMI connection and the m9177 flag while using the analog connector (green) for the sound?  My problem is the following: if I connect the monitor using the HDMI cable, I get the big picture but bad sound from the built-in speakers.  If I connect the monitor using the VGA cable, I get distorted but, video in this regard, I can use the analog green connector and my subwoofer (to get much better sound).  that I have not found how I can use the computer's output using the analog sound HDMI connection; it seems using HDMI turns off the Green connector output...

  • Tecra A10 with replicator - no output to the DVI port but analog works very well

Hi all. It's driving me crazy. Brand new Tecra A10 with a nine port replicator and a new external LCD. When I plug them all in all and connect to the screen using the blue/analog/d-sub cable, the image on the screen of the laptop automatically turns on the external screen when the A10 is docked. But when the external display is connected with the white/digital/DVI cable, the Tecra and/or the Replicator is auto-switch the output to the external screen.

In addition, when you press Fn + F5 to switch the LCD only to LCD + CRT or CRT output only, the Tecra is so "smart" as to "realize" there is no screen, and it switches the output to only the Tecra.

Now, we would put in place with the blue/analog/d-sub cable, but the picture is wavey and not satisfactory at all.

Just so we're clear - when the display is plugged into another computer, there is a beautiful clear picture on/through the white/digital/DVI cable, so I don't think it's screen.

Can anyone help with this please? Is the Replicator defective? Or am I missing something?

    Thank you very much

As the portable Akuma (graphics card) does not have a DVI output.

If you use the VGA cable, but image quality should not be worse as with the DVI cable.
Choose the display resolution higher than the monitor supports and 60 Hz.

  • Qosmio x 300 - no option of dual display using analog

Have plugged an analog monitor. I can get an image on the analog monitor or laptop LCD, but I can't it to appear on both, i.e. double - extended display either office or clone.
I have a Qosmio (a regret since buying it because of all the problems it has and the customer service Toshiba have!). It s a x 300 - 13w and I'm under win vista x 64.

I have the latest drivers from Toshiba Web site and search for various forums, I tried to find a "reg" key called DisableDualView but could not find such a key (the key probably exists only in win xp).

After removing the analog monitor my laptop now plays upward like that whenever it connects he does under a lower resolution, and then moves to the correct high-resolution.
Have tried to turn off sli in case it was the cause of the problem, but that was no help.

The problem seems to be that nvidia or windows display settings panel displays the option for multiple monitors, both display only a single monitor option.

In the display settings of windows I see that monitor on nvidia geforce 9800... "generic php" and when I plug the analog monitor it says «multiple monitors on nvidia geforce...» "but the monitor icon shows only a monitor.

In the nvidia Control Panel I see only the only use a (single) display"' option.
Any suggestions on what I might try?

Seem to have a memory of having to change something in the BIOS to switch using HDMI and VGA, I don't remember where I might have seen elsewhere.

Are you using the original Toshiba (Vista 64-bit) recovery image or your own installation of the OS?
You can use FN + F5 key combination to switch between the office and external device?

  • Y510p - drivers nvidia HDMI output that's an analog connection

I had occasional problems with HDMI output before, but can usually get things working in certain combinations to turn off TV and laptop.

This time, however I can't convince them to talk together. I suspect that this may be due the new drivers (353.30).

The control panel can see TV and recognizes that it is a LG TV, but TV shows only "no signal".

    I tried

-the extension and mirroring of the display

    -changing the resolution

but no luck. The only thing is that enter in the nvidia Control Panel, I noticed that the control panel is refers to the "analog display" and claims that he uses the VGA connector.

Any ideas how NVIDIA persuage it's really a digital camera display via the HDMI connector?

    Thank you

  • Entered analog PCI 6251 not extent of tension of a mass flow controller

    Hey,.

I have a data PCI 6251 M acquisition with a break in Council SCXI 1302.

I'm trying to measure a 0 - 5v analogue output voltage from a mass flow controller (check picture of PIN)

When I measured with a digital multimeter the voltage of the flow signal (PIN2) and common signal (PIN12) I get a stable right tension between 0 and 5v depending on the flow set up. I can control the amount of the charge by providing a data output set point PIN8 and common PIN12 of the 0 - 5V analog signal.

Now when I connect the signal flow PIN2 and on my DAQ signal common PIN12 AI and AIGND, I don't get readings on my labview VI of the AI. In addition the flow does not meet the setpoint voltage, it get stuck in a range of values no matter how I vary the OD 0 - 5V of data acquisition in setpoint PIN8 and PIN12 common signals.

I have to add that I tried different ports HAVE with results of sam, and I also tried to measure my supply voltage with my HAVE and all the good work.

It seems that the entry of AI affects the AO output voltages to my charge. What would cause this? That would be a problem of impedance adaptation?

    Management or ideas are appreciated.

    Thank you

    Ali T.

Update for anyone that might interest you:

I not connected to the ground of the power of the mass of the signal of FJA FJA.

Once I did the acquisition of data reads all data as expected.

So it turns out not to be a problem of acquisition of data, OR at all, but a game of question for my part, as I suspect is the case with most of the problems.

    Jeff Merci for your comments.

  • Generate analog output waveform finish on request

    Hello.

I have a VI that reads in two data channels (400 samples at 400 Hz), calculates the characteristics and classifies data based on a model.  If the class is a certain State, a Boolean value called "Détection" is set to True.  A second Boolean value called "Stimulation" is also set to true and flip flops and turn off every second up to what the "detection" is more true.  Now that I am reading and classify a second data, Boolean values may only be updated once per second.  I am wanting to generate output "Stimulation" Boolean is true analog.  I had been accomplish this by generating a sinusoidal signal all the time and write to a buffer in a separate loop (500 samples per writing @ 10 kHz) and multiplying by zeros if "Stimulation" was false.  I have a code that more or less does what I want, but there is a delay of ~ 200ms between 'Stimulus' is set to True and AO generation, and I feel like it could be simplified.  I was wondering if it would be better to generate a waveform finished and trigger to write with the Boolean value of 'Stimulus' (i.e. write 1 second of a sine wave to the changing state rather than write 20 sections of a sine wave in a second, while the Boolean value is True).

Y at - it a good way to do this with daqmx functions? (Generate a waveform of defined duration when a control changes)

  • read the multiple analog inputs at the same time

    Hi all

I use USB-6001 and want to develop an application to multiple tasks in C++. I try to read several analog inputs at the same time, but got some errors. To put it simply, I copy one of the sample code to read in analog data in a channel, and then turn it into function. Then I call this function to thread with the names of different poles (for example Dev1/ai0, Dev1/ai1) and I come across this error:

"The specified source is reserved. The operation can not be specified such complete"code of State-50103

I have search the forums, this may be because I use the hardware timing in this function, and this material timing cannot be used simultaneously by multiple tasks. I may have to put all the lines, I want to read in a single task (such as Dev1 / ai0:1). This way I can read two lines at the same time. However, when I try this, I encounter another error:

Status code "buffer is too small to contain the data read" - 200299

So here is my question, what should I do if I don't want to read the multiple analog inputs at the same time? Is the thing that hard time cannot be used by several true task? If I have to read several lines to a single task, how to set the settings?

  • How can I check if the counter entry is synchronized with the analog output?

    Hello

I'm working on an application for counting photons.  I use two channels of analog output on a PCI-6713 card to send a frame model to a set of XY scan mirrors.  I then a photon count unit that emits a TTL signal when the photons are detected as a result of this raster analysis.  I then use a surfboard USB-6211 to count the edges on this TTL signal.

I have problems that seem due to synchronization problems.  I use the sample AO on the PCI-6713 card clock like the door of my meter on the map USB-6211.  I use a trigger to start digital to analog output and a trigger of arms for the entrance to counter early. Is there a way to check that the analog output and counter entry of start of operations at the same time and are are synchronized?  I basically want to monitor and compare the ao real sample of the PCI-6713 card clock door signal used by the jury of the USB-6211.  I was able to export the sample AO clock and watch it on my oscilloscope, but not the signal from the door of the USB-6211.

    Thanks for your help,

    Brian

Update... It turns out that there is no problem of synchronization between my meter input and the analogue output.  There was a difference of impedance when I connected my unit of counting photons to my USB-6211.  This caused an error variable count rate.  After accouting for this shift, the problem disappeared.
