  As you have indicated, the PDF SSRS seems to have some elements that are quite similar to be supported for fast web view.

  We asked customers to disable the fast web view, but the customer is big enough to make a change individually on their machines and so were looking for a solution.

  I saw in several forums and a few discussions here as well as disable the fast web view option works for pdf fails.

  Which was just wondering if its known that multiple PDFs genarted by third parties may have problems with the optimization, the Save as optimized for fast web view could be disabled by default installation of acrobat reader rather than be enabled by default

  I've seen this happen when opening a program via a shortcut (for example. LNK file), you are asked what type of program to open it with.   On my iMac, the last OS X El Capitan.

  For an example, so I mediainfo application on the app store and it works fine, no problem.

  What happens if I go to a video rile, do a right-click, open with... There mediainfo twice, optionally including a version and the other a newer version if instead of upgrading to the new version of its kept the two versions?

  Did you never properly installed an older version (not the latest version) of the Adobe Reader software for iOS on iPod Touch using your ID before Apple?  If you have never installed Adobe Reader using the particular Apple ID, he can explain why you get the dialog box with the OK button (i.e. no download button).

  Here's what you can do to experience.  (I don't know if it would work.  "But it's worth a try).

  1. On your iPod Touch, check the Apple ID you use for the App Store (settings > iTunes & App Store).
  2. On your computer, Windows or Mac, open iTunes.
  3. Connect to iTunes using the same Apple ID you use for your iPod Touch.
  4. Find Adobe Reader and download it to your computer.  Do not try to install it on your iPod Touch because the latest version is not compatible with your iPod Touch in any case.  Now, Adobe Reader is associated with your Apple ID.  It is important step to be able to download a compatible version on your iPod Touch more later.
  5. Return to your iPod Touch and repeat the steps described in my answer #1.

  Looks like you already tried iTunes on your computer.  Please go back to your iPod Touch and try to install Adobe Reader using the same Apple ID again.

  Pat, I downloaded and ran the clean utility, a then attempted to install the three versions of Adobe Reader available on the link you provided, uninstall and install necessary. I have experienced the same problem with all versions. I spoke to a colleague what was going on, and he told me reinstall Adobe Reader XI and try to start it. After you get the same result, he asked me to look at the event viewer. We have seen the entry below. I navigated to the C:\Program Files (x 86) folder \Adobe\Reader 11.0\Reader\ and double-click on the Eula.exe. It displays the end-user license agreement window, and I clicked on "accept". After doing this, I was able to start the drive without problem, and everything seems to work fine now. Pretty weird. In any case, I thought that I'll let you know in case it has provided useful information. It may be just a weirdism on my laptop. He woudn't will certainly be the first.
