  We have an internal application running and PDFs published in portal.

  We have the policy when users logged in it will be open IE automatically with the application.

  When you click on the PDF it does not open, but when we close and reopen IE it opens PDF files correctly.

  We check with lan connected desktop and it works very well here and we are facing this problem with laptops.

  The desktop computer is 32 bit win 7.

  Laptops have Wi - Fi and having the OS 64 bit windows 7 ENT SP1 adobe version 10.

  Question: You load the 64 bit version of Internet Explorer on first launch?  If you are then it's your problem.  Plugin PDF is not 64-bit capable, so the solution would be to launch the 32-bit version of Internet Explorer.

  Purchase Adobe CC a few weeks ago.

  I was doing a project in first Pro CC multicam. I nested images, click with the right button on the timeline and activated multicam. I did as usual and went to open Multicam monitor and it was not listed.

  All things using the first Pro 6 works fine.

  What I am doing wrong?

  The Multicam monitor in Premiere Pro CC is not available in the menu window . It is now available through option settings... (key) in the program monitor.

• CS6 project with H.264 video does not open in first CC

  I wonder if someone can explain to me that, on the same exact system where both CS6 & CC now live, I can't open some. MOV files, according to me, they are H.264, in first Pro CC where they open fine in the CS6 Prekiere Pro? This happened to someone else? What is an activation problem? I don't remember, after installing CC asking me to activate, he asked me to sign in CC. Any help is appreciated

  OK, it was weird, but I'm happy. I accepted an updated Camera RAW but doubt that would have something to do with it. I've decided to reopen the CS6 of first draft, I saved it as a project CC and BOOM, it worked. so go figure I guess. Thanks for your help

• iTunes does not open in windows Pro 8.1 on Surface

  After the upgrade to new iTunes 12, it will not open to the Surface of the Ms.

  I tried the following:

  Troubleshoot Compatibility testing - no luck

  Removed Quicktime - no luck

  Remove and reinstall iTunes several times (reboot the PC after each of-install) - no luck

  Run as Admin - no luck

  Ideas / Suggestions?

  Probably a Surface Pro? Do not install on a Surface.

  First try Fix unexpectedly closes or launch issues in iTunes for Windows - Apple Support .

  Hi, when I put the time code of an item manually (by clicking on the clip, change, time code) in first Pro CC, everything works fine until I quit Premiere Pro. When I left and open the project again, the timecode is back originally temporal clip and my changes have not been saved. Anyone had this issue or know how to fix? Thank you very much!

  Hello, I just installed (own) first pro (Build 10.4.0 (30)) on my pc and have my first troubleshooting.

  If I do a cliip offline and I try to recreate a link towards it, the media link manager browser looks open but doesn't appear on the screen. I have to type escape to return to the main window of first.

  I've tested this with a new project and a clip on the timeliine.

  I have only 1 monitor and the latest graphic drivers. (nvidia gtx 980 Ti)

  It sounds like something got Smurf with your installation.  Try holding down SHIFT + ALT keys at startup PP.  Hold them down until the PP is completely open.

  I have a keystone of opening that I can not open to rebuild a library which no longer exists.  I have 8 arches and has been able to rebuild 6 of them in .aplibrary.  But two of them does not open and the dialog box tells me that I must update the library itself (which does not exist anymore) to 3.6.  Is there a work around for this?

  You might tr the following: a vault is essentially an Aperture library.

  Make a copy of your arch as a backup, just in case, then rename it to the extension of your Arch of .apvault to .aplibrary.

  Now launch the opening with the options button is pressed and select the vault in the selector library panel.  Opening may now open the safe?
