  If you can not mount the image, you probably have a corrupt download.

  Probably a Surface Pro? Do not install on a Surface.

  First try Fix unexpectedly closes or launch issues in iTunes for Windows - Apple Support .

  I have 6 autonomous LR. I know that the order # and the serial number of a level 7/2015.

  All of a sudden it no longer opens on my main pc.  I try to run the bar at the bottom of the screen, all programs, etc..  Just does not load. It was working fine, then that. I waited a few days, tried to restart, all to nothing does not.

  The problem has been resolved to put an end to all these process and relaunch Lightroom.

  I just downloaded Lightroom CC on my creative cloud account and found out I can't open the file no matter what I do or how hard I try. When I click on the shortcut, it will take me on the desktop as usual but I never actually see try to open it. I also tried opening the file directly, and it failed too. I tried to restart the computer, running as an administrator and reinstall the file, but alas none of these attempts gave no results. I'm on a desktop Windows 8.1 with lots of available storage. Does anyone else have this problem and how to fix this?

• Bought a new Mac, installed Lightroom but does not open application

  Whenever I try to open Lightroom it is said that it has been installed successfully, but once the page open starts I get two error messages. The first one says - "Error occurred when attempting to Modules of Chance."   The Lightroom inside the Application Support folder could have hurt Lightroom permissions preventing to write about it, which can cause this error.

  • Navigate to the following folder: /Users/ [user name] / Library/Application Support/Adobe/Lightroom.
  • Highlight the Lightroom folder and choose file > get information.
  • Under sharing & authorization, make sure you have privileges to read & write. Otherwise, click on the padlock icon at the bottom right, enter your password when prompted, then click the only entrance to reading and select read & write.

  I downloaded a video file from a camcorder on first pro on my school computer. I worked on it, recorded, sent to my gmail account. He played very well when I left the program and he played from its location on this computer (hard drive).

  PRPROJ (project file) file is JUST an XML database with links to media (where these files are located on the computer), and games of instructions on what to do with them. There is no media file in the. PRPROJ file.

  Hello, I just installed (own) first pro (Build 10.4.0 (30)) on my pc and have my first troubleshooting.

  If I do a cliip offline and I try to recreate a link towards it, the media link manager browser looks open but doesn't appear on the screen. I have to type escape to return to the main window of first.

  I've tested this with a new project and a clip on the timeliine.

  I have only 1 monitor and the latest graphic drivers. (nvidia gtx 980 Ti)

  It sounds like something got Smurf with your installation.  Try holding down SHIFT + ALT keys at startup PP.  Hold them down until the PP is completely open.
