  I'm sorry you troubles here. Would try you the following:

  -First of all, would you try to log out of the application creative cloud under: Gear > preferences > General.

  -Then try to quit/restart the creative cloud application and signing then return with your cc Adobe ID.

  -All the fonts you had synchronized previous should now automatically synchronize. If this is not the case, try to synchronize Typekit.com fonts again.

  And if that doesn't work, send us the 3 most recent logs of CoreSync to: [email protected]

  On the Mac, the file can be found here:

  (You will want to open the Finder, click OK, in the menu, hold down the 'option' key and you will see the folder library.)

• iPhone not syncing with itunes

  I have a problem with my iPhone 6 do not sync with iTunes. I tried many fixes nothing works.

  When connecting my iPhone to my laptop via the USB port, it will load. But iTunes won't recognize the device. I got around this before creating a separate playlist (access by holding SHIFT when opening iTunes), as my wife and I both use the same laptop computer for iTunes. But this no longer works and the laptop does not recognize the iPhone on any playlists. I tried the following:

  -reset the two devices (hard reset on iPhone)

  If you are sure that everything is configured correctly and your contacts are in the iCloud group, you might try to uncheck syncing contact in iCloud settings, reboot your device and then by reactivating contact synchronization.

  I had this problem when I upgraded to the office 2016.  Mine was cured by signing on iCloud and let it remove all files etc. on your PC, and then reconnect.

  Now I can sync ok with my ipad, iphone and outlook 2016
