I tried to restart with a hard reset (remove the battery for about 5 minutes), but the loading bar freezes at about two thirds of the way. I read online that I should try to go to safe mode by pressing the ESC/arrow-back when I reset it, I have tried, but for some reason, it does not. He is always stuck at two-thirds of the way and not respond. someone advised me to connect by cable to a laptop / pc.   Your device is not recognized or detected, then you try the application loader to force detection to load the operating system, but this method will delete all the data in your device, if you have a backup or using BlackBerry Protect your restore your data again.   I'm having a problem with my new Blackberry of Virgin Media (mobile).  I just got it and when I have a connected SIM card I only get the loading screen timer and the blackberry does not start.  If I have no connected SIM card the device starts in the operating system, but was told that there is just no SIM connected (obviously).  Once I put the SIM card in again once it is stuck on the loading screen.  As you probably already figured out that I did many resets hard with the battery pull and it has not solved the problem.  A consultant because it would be greatly appreciated because the only advise I got support was remove the boot of sim and put it back and start again duh!

  Help me understand... you want all of your removal from the BlackBerry emails when they are downloaded into your client application to Outlook?

  In your configuration, Outlook, value on the function to delete emails from the server after downloading to Outlook.

  This isn't a matter of BlackBerry, but one of Outlook.

  I am my end with the Blackberry Desktop Manager software 6.1 I have now uninstalled and reinstalled 4 times!

  Operating system is Windows 7 Pro.  Made own re - installs every time.  The onbly sucessful BB Desktop Manager was Version 5 - which in my view is no longer to download after agreeing to the update to version 6.

  Vicious ferret kindly sent some suggestions but they did not work.

  You can see why I'm exasperated. PC is relatively new and built (software wise) from scratch - IE don't have not just download old system files.

  Bishop office just will not load. Tried various troubleshooting patches offered on the sites of RIM (pretty useless) advice.

  Have now uninstalled all BB and the restarted and downloaded Office Mgr version 5 and myself to try again syning flight.

  I SOLVED THIS PROBLEM!  To synchronize the storm to HFL follow the following procedure:

  (1) push button HFL in car

  (2) say "Phone Setup"

  5) click "Set up Bluetooth".

  6) press the "Menu" button at the bottom of the screen (next to the "Send" button)

  Recently, we have made a number of hardware upgrades on our computer and installed Windows 7 and Office 2010 about 3 weeks ago (no updates full versions). I was unable to sync my BB since then and after reading through the discussion forums have discovered that I am not alone. I downloaded the latest update of the BB which I understand would make my BB and compatible Office.

  -abandoned and downloaded CompanionLink; Message received error "Click-to-run Outlook has no ability to the API. You must install Outlook on your computer for synchronization. I asked for assistance from CompanionLink, but continue to have no chance. The link 'Add-Ins' in my BB Desktop Software was available when I first downloaded CompanionLink, but has now disappeared and I don't know how to get it back. I tried to fix the update of BB to see if it would solve it.

  -in the BB Desktop Software Applications tab, she says BB 5.0.0 software version 5.0.0 system and Core Application Version 5.0.0. are necessary, but it does not give me the option to install it. I thought that the updated version replaced 6.0.0.43 version 5.0.0. I don't know if this is true or if it is important.

  I found a solution to this problem.

  FYI - Blackberry cannot synchronize with Outlook if Outlook is in mode "click to run. Follow the link below to get instructions on how to install a full version of Office 2010.

  Follow these steps, which will definitely help you:

  1. uninstall the BlackBerry Desktop Software on your laptop.

  2. restart your laptop

  3. download and install more BlackBerry Desktop Software version of BlackBerry's official website.

  4. after installation, restart your laptop once more time (in much of the case, it is not mandatory, but it's just a matter of a few minutes, then do).

  5 connect your "BOLD" and check if you can set it up properly.

• BlackBerry Torch 9800 smartphones does not detect the wireless Ad Hoc network

  I try to connect my Torch 9800 for the ad-hoc WiFi network, I put in place on my Windows 7 PC with Internet sharing.  However, the torch does not list even the SSID in the list of detected networks.  I confirmed that the network Ad - Hoc on Windows 7 is in mode ' Waiting for Users ' and the torch can detect other networks nearby.  I tried clicking on "Other ways to connect" and manually enter the SSID, but it still doesn't work.  I've also confirmed that other devices (an another laptop Win7 and an iPad) have no problem connecting to the Ad Hoc network and Internet connection sharing.  Any ideas?

  I have a Tour 9630, version sw 5.0.0.732.  When the phone rings, it does not display the name of the caller, their telephone number, although this number is in my address book.  Once I answer the call, the name will be displayed.

  Naturally, I would like to know who is the caller before I answer!  :-)

  I found a few messages, ask something similar, although for different model phones.  Some of them suggest that I have to disable protection for the content... but I can't find it in the options.  Even in the User Guide, it contains instructions (go to Options > Security Options > General settings... but there is no "General settings" on my phone.)

  If anyone knows how to solve this problem, I would be very grateful!

  Options > Security > encryption > include contacts.

  There could be other solutions... Try these:

  1. make sure that you set your own country code to the Phone Dialer screen > Options > smart dialing.
  Set your country code in this format: "+ xx" where xx = country code. Some countries have two or three-digit country Codes. Do not place not the '+' in the entrance of your contact.
  * In the United States, the value of this country as '+ 1' Code and place your local area code in the appropriate box (this normally the default setting in a new BB).

  2. in the same place, change the length of National number for the number of digits corresponding to your country (since some countries have less than 10 as that set by default in the BB). Check out the total numbers, less country code. Do not place not the '+' in the entrance of your contact.
  * For example, some countries have a total number to 8 (more than 3 for the country code). You must enter '8 '.

• Smartphones blackBerry curve calendar does not synchronize with the desktop computer

  I have a Curve 8310 and just downloaded the new version of the device 4.5 software. Since that time, the calendar in the BlackBerry doesn't send new appointments to the office.
