U460 - speaker emits noises of buzz

That of the speaker (front right) makes noises of buzz (as interference but not its high-pitch) playback of no sound.  Mute is not help.

But if I plug headphones to the headphone, the noise disappears.  (I think because the power of the speaker is turned off).

I tried to update the driver or the BIOS, but I have the up-to-date version

Anyone have same or similar problem or solution?

Thank you.

Tedd

I got driver Realtek 6.0.1.6083.

I uninstalled the Realtek driver package first and rebooted the machine. Then, installed by default Win7 HD Audio driver. Then, after that worked ok accuse noise up to now. I'll do more testing tonight.

Also, I will install the driver package Realtek again to see if I can reproduce the problem.

Thank you.

A few months ago, I was lucky to win this TV, a 106 cm LCD Regza HD display.
I was very happy because I could never afford it myself, and I am very happy with its performance in general.

I found however is that it emits a high frequency noise that triggers tinnitus in my hearing. (For tinnitus are a squeaking noise acute heard by people who have damaged their ears, sometimes called ringing in the ears).

I guess that my hearing is already sensitive listening to lots of live music over the years, but I think that this noise is excessive.
I think that a monitor of this size is by using a good amount of power and maybe feeding could be too work itself.

The monitor makes this noise at a constant level even before the start of the sound of the TV show.
I'm curious to know what the suggestion forum users to reduce the background noise?

The monitor is still under warranty because it is only 6 months old.
I wanted to be prepared to discuss with the Toshiba warranty people if the forum users can suggest, first, what could be the cause of noise and on the other hand, the possible ways to address the issue.

    Hello Pete

As you can see it's Toshiba computer forum and I do not think you will find a lot of people here who want to discuss LCD Toshiba TV.
In any case, if the TV is new and with valid warranty the best option for you is to contact the service people and let check your new TV.

  • Satellite P10 804: adapter CA / CC emits noises

Food is regularly made terrible noises.

Can it be replaced with a Toshiba power adapter no?

If so, is there anything I need to know?

Looks like an AC adapter would be defective or maybe that it s only a cable broke.
However, you should not use an adapter that does not work. It s too risky

I would recommend using an original Toshiba AC adapter. In this case, you are always on the right side.

You can use the PA3290U-1ACA with DC 19V output 120W AC adapter

My laptop speakers work perfectly. The work of great speakers, except with the CD above.
I should also mention that I tried to update the audio drivers.

What is the cause and how to fix it?

    Hello

Have you plugged external speakers to your laptop and you can see the same question it?

In your case, I'd install the latest sound card drivers and BIOS on the Toshiba site. The two you can download on the official website of Toshiba.

In addition, it would be interesting to know what operating system you have. Can test it with the factory settings, please?

  • computer emits noises beeps randomly while I'm on the internet

This only happens while I'm on the internet. He made this sound for a long time. It has only recently been distracting. I got the computer to run all the tests of pre/post-demarrage. No errors, no problem surfaced. Please tell me that this is something that I can fix it without paying I have no money.

I recommend so you can test this problem by using a browse different. If the problem only occurs when you browse, try to check the same websites in different browsers, such as (Bing, Google and others)

If things are the same regardless of the browser you use, take a look at the network card that is inserted inside your PC/laptop. If it's a laptop to try to identify where the noise comes from, so when you go to a technician, you can specify where comes from.

If it's a desktop PC, you can check yourself by opening the box and checking if the noise comes from the accessory of network hardware.

    Hello

One question; Do you use the operating system of the Toshiba factory image? Otherwise, you should install it! Then check if the same phenomenon occurs on the laptop picked up fresh.

I must say that announce is not very clear, but I'll try my best ;)

I m not sure what could be wrong, but I think you should first of all whether this question is related to the speakers only or to the sound card.
If please connect the headphones and check to see if the same noise through headphones.

If the same noise appears through the helmet that I recommend to remove the old sound driver and install a new version of the Toshiba page.

  • Sound crackling of the new Satellite L500-1XC right speaker

    Hello

I bought a new Toshiba laptop yesterday and started from today afternoon, but since then, I have my speaker crackling noise right I want to know if there is any problem or it s due to moisture.

It is not easy to say what the problem is here, but if you have this crackling definitely maybe is there a serious problem with the speaker.
Try to contact your dealer as soon as possible and ask for replacement. In my opinion, he should take the computer laptop back and give you new product.

  • programs not opening on startup?

at startup, the following programs still open: Messaging, photoshop, illustrator, indesign, spotify.

However, this morning, he decided to open only spotify. and at startup, the imac emitted noise strong "awakening to the top", which he never does.

I haven't changed all parameters - so I'm just confused why he behaves like that.

    any ideas appreciated...

FWIW, you should hear the startup chime whenever you start unless something is broken.

In regard to applications starting at startup, the "reopening windows when you connect in" should be checked when you stop and, of course, you can't leave programs first.

I will try to describe here:

Laptop started making noise like buzz... all the time.
and it's really annoying. Never, it was so loud.
Another strange thing, it is that we continue to be: after about 4 hours of running Windows, it starts to make the buzz of his stronger and ultimately all windows just freezes. You can not move the mouse can not do anything, even ctrl + alt + del doesn't work, so I have to push turn off button for a few seconds to turn off the laptop.

I don't know what I have to do?
is this a hardware problem? If that's what should I change?
If anyone has had similar problem please share what you know with me!

    Thank you very much!

    > After about 4 hours of running Windows, it starts to make the buzz of his stronger and ultimately all the windows just freezes
I think there could be something wrong with the cooling module.
Is that your fall, the computer laptop and, consequently, the cooling module could malfunction and might makes a strange noise.

Usually, if don t cooling modules to work properly, the temperature rises to a higher level and finally the laptop begins to freeze due to a higher internal temperature.

In fact, this is just my personal opinion and I can't say with certainty what s wrong.
I think you should ask a technician for laptop for a short audit

What I can say is that it really sounds like a hardware problem

So, my question is this: How can I access the primary graphics card on this computer?

Have you changed the BIOS settings before you install your new video card?

If this isn't the case, which is probably the cause of your dilemma.

  • noisy PC during the preparation of the recovery disks

I got this Pavilion 500 series last week. I was invited to prepare recovery discs, I did. In seeking the anc copies the files from the PC emitted a loud buzzing (as strong as an electric razor) that vary in height intermittently. Did anyone had this occurrence?

It is normal for a CD/DVD burner back. In addition, the internal fans will be surge (increase in speed) during the process of intense burner.

  • Z5 Premium - low volume in anticipation and calls incoming, but not in its selector

I tried everything regarding this issue, but I can't find a solution.
It also happens in safe mode.
It has been like this since I got it several months ago.

When I go to 'Sound & notification' and adjust the ringer volume to full, the top speaker sounds just.
This is the same volume when I get calls.

But when I go to 'Ringtone' and 'Sound picker' and play any ringtone, the top speaker emits much higher.
It's the volume that I want when he calls.

Even in the "Diagnostics" speaker emits as it should.

So clearly the speaker works fine, but it's as if he plays the ringtone of a different medium or something.

I have the latest update on the phone.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If someone else wondered about the same problem, here is the answer I got from Sony.

    * "The ringtone will not play with a full volume of the earspeaker, compared to when you listen to other music playing other media." "This avoids the volume was too loud when you hold the camera in your ear.*.

And if anyone knows a work-around, I'll be glad to know.
