• Is there something to do with the Xbox live servers?

  OT: live.

  I played a game on my Xbox with a few friends for a bit now without any problems and all of a sudden everybody gets expelled from the party and now it says I have no friends online. I can still play my game, but I can't connect with a friend. Is there something to do with the Xbox live servers or is it my Xbox one?

• Faced with the simple series comms

  Hi all - summer tweak something that should be simple for hours now, so I'll ask for help...

  I have a RS485 device connected to COM5 via a USB adapter, work at 9600 baud, 0,8,1, no - fundamentals of series. I can talk to the device using the terminal software native and even using hyperterminal with the above parameters. It seems obvious, and so I thought that LabVIEW and VISA would connect without too much effort.

  So I use the following simple sequence into LabVIEW:

  -VISA set up the serial port, 9600,0,8,1, none (no error)

  -VISA defined the size of buffer, 4096 with a mask of 48 (no error)

  -Stamps of Ras VISA, the two buffers (no error)

  -VISA write, chain of command is 'PR C2\r\n", which should be echoed and return a numeric value (normally 0)

  -check the bytes to the port property; returns 12

  -VISA read, returns the string of command only, 7 bytes

  why I can't read the full buffer?

  To be honest, I thought that it will work only with a trivial series program: set-read-write. But which still generates an error. I added the size of the buffer since then do a little research and makes without error at least, if not in one of the published examples.

  I don't think it's a matter of time, since I add a lot of late, when I'm debugging, and I tried to put delays read before. The fact that the number of bytes in the buffer is 12 seems to indicate that my answer is here somewhere...

  I also tried a second reading, but it returns nothing.

  Just disable the tank of the termination.

  This is the reason why you get only one line.

  Or do a second reading at the end.

  N ° at least, not directly. Serial ports are physical, material, while ports dealing with event gateways are virtual, software.

I'm sure that there are no drives included with this model, but want to be 100%, just in case I'm missing something and need to go back and get it.

  Toshiba laptops are always delivered only with a recovery CD! The original CD of Microsoft is not provided!

  The restore CD contains an operating system Windows, Toshiba drivers, tools and utilities.
  So, using this CD or DVD you will set the laptop to factory settings.
  This means that the whole HARD disk will be erased and the new OS will be installed.

• Problems with the VISA series connection (missed the ticks in the data)

  I designed a DAQ card with USB connection. The USB connection works in virtual Com Port mode.

  The main vi a while loop. The sampling time is defined by the user and the hand while loop iterates of this time of the sample (for example, 5ms, 10ms or...). Communication of the data is made in the present while loop using VISA read or write tools. Data are stored in global variables so the other could read or change.

  There are screws separate for each part of the DAQ card input analog, digital output and... Each vi has its own time while in a loop which iteration step may be different from the large loop.

  The program works correctly, but there are a lot of ticks of "rate" in the communication of data. I've attached a screenshot of input analog vi. A sine wave is produced with output analog vi and this output is connected to an analog input. As you can see the data transmission has problems.

  This caused several loops work simultaneously? Or communication VISA has problems?

  The main problem I see with your VI is that you use bytes to the Port which is the wrong thing to use about 99% of the time.  It seems that you are trying to break around 31 bytes and turn them into numbers.  Suppose that at the moment, you check the bytes, a port, you have received only 28 of these bytes.  Some of the variables will find 0 because you have all the data.  But on the next play, you will have the remaining 3 bytes so everything from the.  Now your data package is misaligned.

  I suggest that if you want 31 pieces of information, you just put a constant 31 reading VISA and get rid of bytes to node Port.

  Other advice.  Index table is EXPANDABLE!  You don't need to create 31 copies of the index table and wire a constant to each of them.  Remove a node, and expand the bottom border down that you need.  You don't even have to add all the constants, because by default it will give you index 0, index 1, index 2...

• Max and LabView can communicate with the device series

  I'm trying to connect a balance Mettler - Toledo JL - 6001 to my computer as an entry for a LabView program through a RS-232 to USB line.

  In MAX, I get sometimes (but not always) the error message "the resource works correctly, but VISA cannot currently access."

  On the general tab for this port, I get the message' VISA returned this camera when searching for resources, and MAX was able to use VISA to analyze the resource name.  The resource was busy, so MAX could not successfully log on VISA to the device. »

  In LabView, the program runs, but I get all zeros as output which is definitely not correct.

  I tried deactivation and activation then the port. I tried making sure that no other program is using the device, and then restarting the computer.

  I'm not sure I have the correct driver installed for this scale (MTT coach), (they do a lot of balances and some pilots and was not sure than to use). I don't know if that makes a difference in MAX.

  A few tips for how to get balance and the MAX to communicate? Also, I know almost nothing about the transfer of digital data / series a response very dumbed down would be greatly appreciated.

• HP Officejet Pro 8600 - Solution Center (or whatever his name with the 8600 series) does not start

  Very frustrated with HP. I just bought a new HP Officejet Pro 8600.

  I install the software from the CD. It installs without problem

  I try to click on the icon 'HP Officejet pro 8600' and the solution Center (or whatever his name for this printer) applicatoin don't start/load - I see he's trying to do something for the first time, but no user interface is displayed.

  I have uninstall all HP software.

  I download all of the HPs site with HP printer software install wizard for windows - this is a utility that allows you to draw trouble and detecting good software of the printer.

  I redo the steps of Installation Wizard printer and the same happesn (i.e. after a clean installation of the Solution Center for HP Officejet Pro 8600, I can't start the application)

  It's really frustrating.

  Hello everyone. I understand that you have to open the Printer Wizard. To troubleshoot the defective Printer Wizard, follow the steps described in this document from HP: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03640384

  Note: The title of the document concludes that the program opens with a Script error. However, the troubleshooting steps are exactly the same. Essentially, the software needed to start the program was not installed successfully, or blocked.

• Issue with the implementation of servers

  Hey guys I hope that one of you could help me out here.

  Now, I've set up a server for another office using the 5.1 esxi host, got the vm 3 load on the server itself and has been updated.

  Another person came and told me that I had to redo ALL about HER, because the IP address is saved in a database and all the screws to the top.

  Now I had set it up on DHCP and my plan was for everything to be set up, using DHCP then set the static when send us them.  They will be on a different subnet.

  Now I have something to worry about or it is true that we need to rebuild?

  With a stand-alone host (i.e. not connected to vCenter Server) which is in fact all what you need to do. I have used to create a DNS Host-A record for the ESXi host can resolve in name, which usually makes things easier.

  OK, you get the hexagon series on the side of ESXi, you just need to match to DeviceID rather than the side series Compellent.

• LAN connectivity for the blades of the B series

  Hello.

  I'm building an ESXi host (or two) on a UCS with blades of series B. I'm in trouble with getting the ESXi hosts to connect to the local network. I have two NICs for added to each blade and ESXi see connected network adapters. I have also associated with the vNIC VLAN that we have configured for ESXi mgmt traffic (and it is distinct from the KVM and UCS mgmt VLAN). But I am clearly missing something, like ESXi hosts can't ping to the gateway or the other.

  It is highly probably that I missed a step somewhere, so I hope someone can provide some guidance to make this work.

  You are marking your management network with the appropriate VLAN within ESX?

  You use VLAN native on your UCS vNIC to this host?

  It's a question VLAN 100%.

  This model did not come with the digitizer pen or stylus and I wonder if the pens are compatible.
  Website says the pen is compatible with the Z series but am not sure.

• Need help with the installation of 4400 WLC

  I have a client that is running 2 separate networks. One is configured with 10 LWAPs connected to a 4400 WLC by using MAC authentication. The other is 2 autonomous 1200 Series APs configured with RADIUS of a Server IAS Ms.

  The customer wants to combine the WLANs separated in 1; Indeed, integrating all the APs the WLC, RADIUS configuration for all and maintain the 2 separate SSID.
