Unable to access some of my PDF files because they have not been replaced by appropriate documents

I sent three PDF files, two of these I can not access and the following message appears:

I have downloaded the last adobe (XI), restarted my computer, deleted my search on chrome history, tried to open the files with internet explore and tried to find someone to chat adobe service to solve the problem. None of them have been successful.

Please help I need these two files in order to start my new job. Please do not use a language technology, complicated because I do not understand.

Save the documents to your local disk and open with Adobe Reader documents.

    In the PDF file, click View > Navigation panel > Pages

    I had to reset panels to view the Pages again.

    • Mac o/s 10.10.5
    • Mac Mini (mid-2011), 16 GB RAM, Intel Core i7 2.7 GHz

    Description of the problem:

    • For some reason, Dreamweaver puts the red diagonal line through png files, which indicates that they are hidden when I do I not so designated them.
    • When I use the shortcut menu to reveal to them, the order to disclose is grayed out. I need their coat, and then I can unveil their.
    • Then, when I 'Refresh' my list of files they get hidden once again, at least the red line passes through them.
    • When I have uncloaked them and then put the local folder they are in (after deleting this file on the remote site first for this test) the png do not, but the jpg in this folder and the folder itself got set.
    • In order to upload them to the remote server, I need to manually drag the png on the remote server files. And, even though I was uncloaked first png files, once the png files have been moved to the remote server they get the red diagonal line.
    • Once a file is on the remote site and the red line applied to its icon, I am provided with the context menu options show and not the coat when I select one. This was not available locally, as mentioned above.
    • But then when I unveil these remote png files, and I update the list, the remote files the red diagonal again. Once more the remote png files have the possibility to reveal available in the context menu and not reveal.

    Another thing that is probably unrelated, the files Panel sometimes flashes in quick succession, so much so that it is boring, enough to force me to reduce.

    1. right click on the name of the site in the files, click on curtain-> settings panel

    2. in the dialog box change the settings for what you need.

  • I have some adobe products, I need to move from a dead computer, they have not been disabled on the old computer. Where to start and what to do?

    I have Adobe Suite Web Premium 4.0, Adobe Suite Standard 4.0 and 12 elements of Photoshop.

    Computers with Standard 4.0 just died, cannot boot and I need to move it to another computer.

    The computer with Web Premium 4.0 is very obsolete and alive, hit and Miss to start the system.

    Photoshop Elements is on my current computer.

    I need to pass all the older machines products, (not disabled) and the 12 elements of PS to my laptop.

    Don't know even where to start...

    4.0 standard is currently on 2 computers, one at work and one at home (dead).

    Photoshop elements 12 is on my current home machine only.

    How can I go on turn off old machines and reinstallation and activation on newer computers?

    To make a long story short

    I managed to get access to the limited WARRANTY statement today after a long session with the customer. Confusion with the login resulted from the long period of time since the purchases and long-lost information. I was trying to login to LWS with my own personal login and not the original credentials are most well-known. When I logged on adobe.com with my personal login, he showed the 2 products saved on my account, so the confusion as to why I could not access the LWS. The products were actually recorded under the account of the company under the long-lost login that I managed to pick it up today.

    However, there was always a hurdle. Because we asked digital media with the initial purchase (DVD set), I was told that we don't have access to download the content. At the purchase we thought that we had to pay extra for the DVD media as an additional layer of protection against future problems), certainly never well that pay extra for disks, would be to ban content from Adobe downloads. Uh, won't make this mistake again.

    So, with the discs original picked up from the office, I managed to install the Design Premium on my new computer. It seems that the only downside of the installation from the original disks vs download since the LWS is it seems I can't update anything, if I try to update just said that there are no updates available at this time. I guess that updates are no longer available, where to download the LWS is probably completely up to date with some bugs came after the media.

    That said, we decided to improve the Design Premium to CS6 and I expect an answer by e-mail on their part so I can complete the transaction.

    Thanks so much for your help in this matter, because without it, I would probably be laying on the ground, screaming and pulling my hair out now!

    This error means that the destination location doesn't have enough permissions for the images to be copied or moved above.

    Make sure that the destination location under 'FOR' top-right in the import window is correctly selected and has full read and write.

    Several years ago, I decided to save space at home by extraction of CD music on a hard drive external loads and binning then the CD I imported the files into iTunes, but the rest I left intact hard disk.

    Now, I find that I can't play all the music files because they have the DMA protection on them. Actually, it means that the music files that I had collected during his life and entrusted to storage of Microsoft (if only I had not sent the CD to the grave!) are lost forever.

    I tried to find instructions how to remove the protection (legally), but it seems incredibly complicated. I do not understand how, when, to my knowledge, I did anything illegal, it is allowed? It's not like I sold the CD or even given them!
