  First, clear the cache of the Store by opening a run window (Windows Logo key + R), by typing wsreset and pressing ENTER.

  If it does not heal (it probably won't), check the internet connection, either press the Windows Logo key + X (or right click on the lower left corner) and choose Control Panel > small icons > Internet Options > Connections tab > LAN Settings (bottom) and remove the Proxy Server tick > OK, etc.

Microsoft (6.2 9200) 2012... so will based of what he want to work or would b sum reason... if its say then please give me the solution to update my "windows Microsoft to (6.3.9300) to (6.2.9200).

I m attaching the screenshot of my order and that chats too... check out and please let me know... and all windows update are fully updated all my automatic update is also on... tell me also update my bt 8.1 application store is e is not gttin opn... circled in blue check the verion of command... and shown I tried several times bt its nt done yet...

  If possible, I would setup the Windows 8.1 update.  The store was completely rebuilt (as several other very deficient applications).  8.1 update is free, but unfortunately you can be difficult to obtain because it takes that to start the update from within the app Store.  Future updates do not (thankfully, they have understood what a terrible idea that was), but there is no other way to obtain it.

  One thing, could you check it is the proxy settings. I doubt it will solve because it is an intermittent problem, but it is still worth a check.  Open IE, go to Internet Options.  On the Connections tab, click on "Network settings", then uncheck all the boxes and click OK and try to use the store again.

So, I seem to be stuck with Windows 8 until Windows 9 comes out. I am not convinced that this will present all kinds of new questions. I can't understand why Microsoft cannot fix this easily because he seems to have been going on for at least a year. I hate the idea of how much time I wasted on this. My only saving grace is that I can return to my laptop with Windows 7... happiness!
