Unable to auto zoom with Intuos Pro

Hi, I just noticed a strange problem trying to zoom in on an image with my Pro Intuos touch ring. For some reason, this is the only feature that does not work. He always lets me resize my brush, rotate the canvas and scroll the layers, but the zooming option does not work (when I change the properties of the tablet to 'Zoom', it does nothing, and when I activate "Auto-Scroll/Zoom" he comes from a height of left right). I tried to use the multitouch gestures, and it's the same problem (otherwise the Tablet works fine). I've updated my Wacom driver, but it still does not work. Does anyone know of a solution to this? I use Windows 10.
Thank you!

I put ring touch mt like that have no problem with ring wheel zoom or mouse or two finger press up and down.

  • WACOM Intuos Pro does not zoom - suddenly - after having new driver today

I just spent 1 hour and 15 minutes with WACOM today and no luck. Here's the question.

The ring "AutoScroll/Zoom" command does not work in Photoshop CC 2015.1. In other words, the led as expected but circling the trough with my finger zoom at all. In some cases, shows the small badge gray 'Ctrl', weird. The other "position/tool" on the ring works. (There are 2 that I do not now).

In addition, the behavior of zoom works in "Sketchbook" Autodesk.

When my support, I uninstalled and reinstalled the driver. We have removed the "All Users" game. I've deleted and rebuilt preferences in Photoshop. I got a review specifically requested scroll auto/zoom and attentive in the properties of the tablet in Photoshop and I was sure it was the installation of 'CC '.

Other threads here get close to that, but not exactly on target.

Any thoughts? We didn't offer me an older driver and don't see an older driver on the WACOM site.

Next step uninstalling Photoshop CC. But I'm on deadline (of course!)

    Any help is appreciated.

  • Bug in Lightroom CC with Wacom Intuos Pro curves

I have a Wacom Intuos Pro and LRCC on my Macbook Pro i7.

I can't move the curves in the module of tone curve using my pen and tablet.  If I use my trackpad, it works fine.  I had this problem with LR5 and had to roll back my driver on my Wacom to 2 older versions to repair.  Now that I've upgraded to LRCC, the problem is back. I also tried the newer and older drivers. I can't to the pass smoothly.  In fact, sometimes if I just click on a point on the curve and hold the pen firmly, he will start creeping to the right and top... even without moving.

Anyone else having this problem, and you have set?

    Thank you!

I revisited this and I think I see what you are referring. It is a bit subtle, what is happening, but I would like to explain my results and see if you experience the same.

Everything by moving a point on the curve of tone autour with my Wacom pen, sometimes point will refuse to move or move a bit erratic. What I discovered, it's my cursor and point move together. This is especially true when you move to the top or to the right. Down and to the left, have a lesser effect. To illustrate this, click on a weak point on the curve and move it to the top. When you release the cursor will reappear and there will not be above the point. Instead, the cursor will be moved higher. Now click on that point and move it to the bottom. When you release this time, the cursor will be much closer to the point, if not directly above. The same phenomenon occurs when you move to the right compared to moving to the left. The movement to the right is really important because the cursor will hit the edge of the screen very quickly, preventing you from moving the point further to the right. The same thing can happen when you move the point up, especially if you repeatedly move the point up and down. This limitation of the movement to the right or upwards may make believe that the point is not to do what you want and it only gets worse the harder you try. This can also make it likely that you will eventually move the point in any direction that causes the point of becoming disabled and are deleted (move the chart or another point on the graph).

If you can verify that this is the behavior you are as well, so we can get this reported to engineering for repair.

The solution is to move only the points a little bit at a time before letting go and re-clicking the point, especially when moving upwards and to the right. Big, sweeping movement of the stylus while only clicked on one point should be avoided.

  • Auto unlock with Apple Watch

    Dear support team Apple,

I have problem with MacOS Sierra feature "Auto Unlock with Apple Watch". I upgraded my MacBook Pro 2015 until the latest Version of the OS and Apple Watch until the OS 3.

I followed the instructions automatically unlock your Mac with your Apple Watch - Apple Support

    As a result:

    1. two factor authentication enabled on iCloud account;

    2. pass code activated on Apple Watch;

    3. I use iCloud even on Mac and on the watch.

But the option is not in the system preferences. Attached printscreen.

I have exactly the same problem. I checked that I have two factor, not two steps of authentication. I have a the same devices, 6 2015 s of MacBook Pro, Apple Watch and iPhone more. The option does not appear for me either.

  • Bug Photoshop brush resize with Tablet wacom + unable to use liquefy with wacom stylus

    Hello! I use:

    Adobe Photoshop Version: 2015.1.2 20160113.r.355 2016/01 / 13:23:59:59 CL 1059143 x 64

    Operating system: Windows 64-bit 10

Wacom Intuos Pro with 6.3.16 - 2 version of wacom drivers

And whenever I try to resize my brush with alt + right click and you drag, there is a slight delay to make me wait 3/4 seconds before it switches the color brush picker resize them and recognize that I want to make my brush smaller or larger. However, I do not have problems when you use the mouse.

Quite similar problem is when I use the liquefy tool. When I use my pen and move something with the Liquify tool, it goes immediately to the previous state, and does it at random. Sometimes, he remembers that I've made changes, sometimes it's not

    Any ideas?

  • Wacom Intuos Pro works not mouse not in mode in Illustrator

I was using my Tablet Wacom Intuos Pro M hapily in Illustrator (Windows 64 bit) for over two years now.

However, it seems more work properly. If I change mode mouse Wacom tablet properties > mapping, it works correctly in this mode in all applications except the Illustrator.

I tried to reset the preferences of the user in the Wacom tablet preference File Utility and reset the drivers and computer. No luck.

Someone at - it had the same or similar problem or can offer advice?

    I'm at my wit's end.

This fix seems to have worked, just something for anyone with the same problem:

    Hello

    Thank you for your response.

It seems that it is a problem of "Ink window" associated with the new carrot of CC in Photoshop.
If you disable, in the preference of wacom no lag to slide more, but you feather drop pressure are.
If you leave it enabled, you will have pressure of the pen but lag on cursor all inside photoshop CC

I just cancelled my Photoshop CC plan to go back to my good old CS6

    Thank you.

  • Photoshop and Wacom intuos pro problem

Hi guys! I have a problem with my wacom tablet in photoshop. I had intuos 5 for 2 years and he had a problem common when alt + tab on photoshop and tried to paint again lost the sensitivity and pressure control, as you click with the mouse. Now, when I bought a new tablet, intuos pro, I have this problem all the time in photoshop, even without alt-tabing on the other windows. It seems that it is a problem of photoshop, because this isn't the case of mischief or sketchbook pro.

Perhaps toy can tell us what version of the software of your job as OS, Photoshop, Wacom etc..  It sounds like may use you windows and use Alr - Tab to switch between applications.  I don't seem to have a problem like this on my Windows workstation. The strange thing I see is my different mapping jump the cursor at the end of the brush stroke.  In Photoshop I just map the pen on the screen, that I work on images in Photoshop. Outside Photoshop, my pen is mapped to cover all my screens. So if I go out of my pen mapping Photoshop extend two or three screens.  If he starts a race on an image brush can be seen Wacom does not commute mapping pens until I have lift the pen. If the stroke is done with multi display mapping that was in effect when the stylus touches the Tablet, Windows had to Photoshop and the brush stroke has been well done.  As soon as I lift the pen cursor jumps to the mapping of unique display.

Some have reported having strange thing happen when you use the pen and write the turning edge off double click distance solved their problem. Since you seem to have a problem of click.  I suggest to you try it as well put the sneaky double click distance on OFF.

  • BUG: Alt + stop scroll Zoom with monitor 4K Windows

Monitors Windows 8.1 with 4K users and have Windows' upscaling activated, please let me know if you can reproduce in the comments! If you have a Mac, you can try to reproduce too, to see if it's just a Windows thing.

I recently install a monitor of 28 "4K for my Windows machine and upgraded to Windows 8.1, because it has better follow independent scaling. I also still have a screen 1920 x 1080. (I do not recommend this configuration and Windows 8.1 does not handle it well.) But that's another story)

Premiere Pro is up to date: 2014.2 version: v8.1, caravan

By default, Windows has this slider set to the recommended average setting:

    display_scaling.png

It upscale almost seen everything in Windows, including a Premiere Pro interface.

There is a problem: while placing the cursor on my calendar, hold down the ALT key and my mouse wheel scrolling is not zoom properly. He zooms in, but the location in that zoomed in is incorrect.

Here's how Alt + scroll to zoom usually works:

-where your cursor is where zoom you. If the cursor is positioned on the CTI, you zoom with centric ICT. If your cursor is at the level of the 2-minute mark, when alt-scroll to zoom in, the 2 minute mark will be centered in the timeline panel.

With Windows 8 scaling of the market, math that anime centering algorithm of Alt + scroll are completely overwhelmed! It is difficult to describe in words, so here's a chart that shows exactly what happens when I place my cursor over the red spots and try alt + scroll:

    cursor_zoom_not_working.png

If the software worked as expected, red & yellow arrows ecaple eachother, because your zoom must be placed right where the cursor is.

It drives me crazy, I pressed Alt + stop scroll method to zoom. Zoom tool and the keys +/-are not enough; granular and resizing of the horizontal scroll bar is a more recent addition to the first that I didn't need to use immediately, such as alt + scroll stop worked very well for me until the upgrade to 4K.

Now, I considered my second 1080 p monitor might have added to the math problems, as it has a different amount of the scale applied on it, but I've completely disabled the second monitor and performed tests and had the same bug, so the chances of my second monitor having an effect on this bug are incredibly thin.

    Of course there are solutions:

    • Tour Windows DPI scaling. Fixed the problem instantly, but everything is really tiny on the screen and is not really recommended
    • Do not use the Alt + stop scroll method to zoom.

I guess it's only a bug in Windows, but if anyone wants to test this on a Mac with a Retina display, which would be useful!

Can anyone else reproduce this bug? If so, can be bug reports to ensure that the message is in any of the files? I've heard of the brand that it is the best way to ensure that the first team takes a serious problem. If a bug is reported only by a single user, there is a chance that very few users encounter the problem, and they will not give priority to a solution.

    Hi Tim,.

First of all, I'm sorry that you are affected by this frustrating issue. If I understand your question, it's a problem only Windows and it does not occur on Mac.

    Tim K says:

Right. It is not currently recommended to the scale of your display beyond 100% with Adobe digital video applications and Windows 8.1. This can be problematic for wider screens, like the one you mention. If I understand correctly, we work with our partners of Microsoft to correct some of these anomalies, but in the meantime, we have resolved issues UI that makes a few items too small to read in some panels.

    Tim K says:

Premiere Pro is up to date: 2014.2 version: v8.1, caravan

In fact, there is conflicting info. While the current version is (first Pro CC) 2014.2, you say you have 8.1 caravan, which is not common. Who says you can have the October version installed and have not yet fully updated your application to 8.2, the release of December. The version of December is those with a few corrections of the user interface on the type unreadable in some panels.

The only other suggestion I can offer is to change the font size, the Group of project items in the Panel menu. Helps me to see the elements of the list view much more easily.

Please file a bug report, so that we can add your details to our database.

    Thank you
    Kevin

  • New problem/bug when I put in and out of the points on a clip. Auto zoom unwanted in clip timeline.

Game clips for log and set the scenes and out points I'll use later.  Something has changed with the new update and I think it's a bug.  When I hit the I and the keys O to set points on a clip before you drag the sequence, he zoomed in on the scenario of the clip.  I don't see the time line full clip unless I have to zoom out which is a pain at the time and repeatedly.  How can I get this back to how it was before?  It did not used to zoom in and out, it just marked your entry and exit point as he played leaving unchanged clip timeline.

I use windows 7 with first Pro CC

    Hello

Thanks for your post. I think you are using Premiere pro CS6 as the project option is included in the file menu and in the video there is an option of the project available and visible. Please update your CS6 with 6.0.5 last updated and the problem will be corrected. The link is provided below. Please update once the issue is resolved.

  • Not map up/down keys to zoom sequence first pro CS 5.5 (Mac)

    Hi all

For the year and day, I use my own settings custom keyboard, a layout Avid slightly changed in Premiere Pro. I have always kept and saved the .kys file. It is dated all the way back to CS3 and I used it (in WIndows) up to 5 CS.

Now, I have a Mac with CS 5.5, but a few things annoy me:

-If I want to import my .kys file, where to place them? For CS5 in Windows 7, its \users\somename\appdata\roaming\adobe\premiere.0. I have no idea for a similar place on my Mac.

-More importantly, I can't create a good based predefined work based on Avid. As I have the map keys zoom in the sequence (up and down), it does not work and only jumps around the screen previous and next in my sequence instead of zoom! Any other combination of keys works, including the FN + arrow, with the exception of using the keys! Thid moved not on CS5 on my windows machine.

    Thank you and best regards.

Cannot find any file .kys on the Mac

Have you checked the path that I posted above?

    Use Support\Adobe\Premiere Pro

It is possible that the Mac version does not use the file extensions for these files - it's a common Mac thing.

I went to the keyboard shortcuts and then sequences > zoom in, Zoom out. I traced the up and down keys for them. If I select my current sequence I work in and try to zoom with the newly mapped keys, nothing happens, but still, he jumps at a later stage in the timeline panel.

Yes; I can reproduce this problem on a PC, but...

Initially the arrow keys are used to "Previous screen" in the preset Avid I changed, but I can't find this setting, nowhere in my keyboard shortcuts dialog box.

This is precisely why. I don't know how Premiere Pro sets priority to different commands, but obviously, if these commands are defined, they override the desired behavior that you assigned above. The solution is simple: go to panels > panel mounting (or just search "screen") and delete the shortcuts to the next screen and view a previous screen (or assign other keyboard shortcuts), like this:

Once you do that the up and down keys as assigned by Application > sequence > in/out Zoom will work as you like.

FWIW, I don't think that this qualifies as a bug; It is simply a question of something having priority / take precedence over anything else. Hope that works for you.

Without knowing what is happening when you try, it is difficult to recommend troubleshooting. However, one of the first steps is to ensure that you don't have to reduce the Motion activated in accessibility.

... and still get the same message "2FA is required" box "Security & Privacy".

    What I am doing wrong?

P.S., rescue email Apple ID has not yet been verified, because it belongs to my sister who lives in a very different time zone, but I don't see how this should matter for the automatic implementation of release.

The message is mainly to tell you that you must enable two-factor authentication, is not that you should disable 2SV. You will need to disable 2SV before you can activate 2FA.

You should always activate 2FA it to AppleID.apple.com

I don't know why you don't see the option to activate 2FA here on the Security section. You have a device running El Capitan or later, or a device running iOS 9 or a later version in your list of devices?
