Unable to connect bluetooth microsoft (Yosemite 10.10.5) mouse

I use Yosemite 10.10.5 on an iMac "mid-2007".  I recently bought a Microsoft Bluetooth Mouse.  When I try to connect, Bluetooth does not recognize the mouse trying to connect with him.  If there is anything I can do otherwise than throw the mouse, I would welcome any suggestions!

Hello

It happens the same thing for me. I'm on Mac OSX 10.11.6 El Capitan on a MacBook Pro (13 inch, late 2011).

I have a Microsoft Bluetooth mouse 3600 (https://www.microsoft.com/accessories/en-us/products/mice/bluetooth-mobile-mouse-3600/pn7-00001) which, under the plug is compatible with MacOS 10.10 (it was the last version for the moment).

The problem is that my mac does not detect the mouse, so that I can detect it other windows.

Is it possible that, regardless of the OS x version, the version of bluetooth mouse (4.0) does not work with MacBook of 2011? I checked my version of the laptop was the last of them using bluetooth 2.1.

Thank you

  • Unable to connect Bluetooth speakers with Windows 7 system

    Dear experts,

I have a laptop HP Pavilion DV7-2014TX running Win7 Ultimate.

I just bought a new Bose Bluetooth headset. I tried for 2 hours to try to pair it with my phone, but my laptop is not all bluetooth devices.  I tried as much as I know, but I'm out of ideas. The only thing that I think now is that my laptop is old enough that it is no longer compatible with the version of bluetooth on my helmet.

Any help would be welcome, thank you.

While I wait, you can try to disable all the automatic detection of proxy:

    (1) options open Internet

    (2) on the connection tab, click LAN settings

    (3) uncheck (all off), and then click OK and restart the computer.

  • Satellite A305-S6825: unable to connect Bluetooth to a wireless mouse

    Hello!

I'm from Russia and I recently bought a portable Satellite A305-S6825 my friend in the United States (and is not on sale in Russia yet).
Everything is OK except one thing - I can not connect Bluetooth to a mouse wireless (of course active and put just nearby).
I went on Bluetooth in "Bluetooth settings" but whenever I press the button "Add a new connection..." I see the following statement appears on
the display "BLUETOOTH IS NOT READY." But how to make it "ready"?

    This problem really intrigues me.

Many thanks in advance for me have helped!
Looking forward to get a quick answer!

Maybe I'm a little confused, but use BT, to BT mouse too. I'm afraid that your laptop has no BT.

In addition, Googling around, I found this page. Is this the right specification for Satellite A305-S6825?

  • trying to connect bluetooth Microsoft Trackball Keyboard - help!

I used this Microsoft Trackball Keyboard on my tablet in the past. I recently had to reimage my Windows XP and start over. I got my Intellimouse Explorer bluetooth mouse works but don't know how to get the keyboard work. I need a little help.

I put new batteries in the keyboard. On the back, it says on the label a 3 step process to make it discoverable (I guess) who looks like you 1. Surround with 2 small/large. FN + R (I guess these are keys) 3. Microsoft Trackball Keyboard

On the keyboard, I find a key that looks like the picture 1 & 3 above. But I open the Bluetooth settings and you click new connection, and then Express/Next and then I hit these keys listed above and it says searching for Bluetooth and then devices impossible to detect remote device. I also tried this by pressing the keys in order before you hit next. Same results.

the difference of ONLY between my laptop or other computer, tried s than mine recently upgraded to the Vista SP2

tried the http://support.microsoft.com/kb/970408 update, but did not help

    Need your help

    Thank you

    UPDATE!

Well, looks like I found a work around for this problem... It seems that the problem may be how some protocols are initialized.

    What has been done differently:
Firstly, I uninstalled the software of Broadcome of the control panel without removing the installed bluetooth drivers. Go into the Device Manager, I have disabled the Microsoft Bluetooth Enumerator, and THEN proceeded to reinstall the Broadcom (6.3.0.200) software. During the installation I noticed a few differences, such as additional steps in the installation and new options being installed just to do this step.
    Stereo works! :
Work with my bluetooth device with the disabled enumerator however resulted in matching errors and the connection of my headphones to the audio gateway. Then I enabled it, then connected using the shortcut placed on my desk and instantly had stereo bluetooth.
    The solution for MY problem:
After disconnection and reconnection, it would not pair in stereo, so I worked around this by disabling the enumerator, reactivation, and then you reconnect. Stereo audio worked properly...
Hope this helps all users as well as the Microsoft team to find something to prevent users from having to implement this step.
    Thank you!

  • Unable to connect Bluetooth mouse error Code 0 x 80070015

    Title of the Moose: 0 x 80070015

Bluetooth mouse does not connect and displays the error code 0 x 80070015. How can I fix?

    Hello

    ·         What is the brand and model of the mouse?

This problem may occur when there is a problem of compatibility between the transmitter and the battery Microsoft Bluetooth. Or, it can occur if the computer uses a stack non-Microsoft, and this battery is not compatible with the device of the Bluetooth mouse.

Method 1: Follow the steps mentioned in the link below

    The problems with Bluetooth devices

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows-Vista/troubleshoot-problems-with-Bluetooth-enabled-devices

    Note:

The link above also applies to Windows 7.

    Method 2:

To resolve this issue, contact the manufacturer of the laptop to see if their transceiver works with the Microsoft Bluetooth stack. In addition, ask the manufacturer how to add devices using the Microsoft Bluetooth stack. If the device Microsoft included its own transmitter/receiver, you may need to use the Microsoft transceiver for this problem.

  • Unable to connect bluetooth mouse windows 7

Recently, I bought a bluetooth mouse and now I have trouble with plug it on my Windows 7 32 bit. I tried Control Panel -> Devices and Printers -> Add Device but no device was found. I also tried Add Bluetooth Device button but with the same effect.

First of all, she perfectly connected and worked on Ubuntu 14 so all goes well with the material. I see bluetooth module in device (with Microsoft Bluetooth Enumarator) without exclamation point Manager, so I think the drivers are fine. My bluetooth support is enabled and works. I pressed on turn on bluetooth button on my laptop. I checked allow bluetooth devices to connect in the bluetooth options. I also tried setting the system account on the LOG support bluetooth service - no effect properties tab.

Then I pressed on disable adapter in bluetooth settings and somehow it found all my bluetooth devices I don't know what happened, but my mouse worked for a short period. Then my PC told me he needs to restart. After reboooting, the mouse did not work. Once again. I opened bluetooth devices tried to delete and add mice once again, but he says that it is impossible to install bluetooth hid device driver . But at least he saw my devices at this time. So I decided to update the bluetooth drivers, restarted and now he sees nothing. Once again.

I reinstalled the drivers, I tried to restore drivers update, but this did not help, I can't even get back to the State when windows saw the mouse

Thanks for your reply, Antoine S

    1. What do you mean? Of course, I made some changes in comparison to a new installation of windows, such as installing applications. Only, I had not had before bluetooth mouse so I don't know if the problem exists since or not.

    2. No, bluetooth don't see not all bluetooth, not only the mouse devices

    3 4Tech, BT-630

    4. Yes, it works perfectly on another computer and even on my computer under different OS (Ubuntu 14)

I already tried everything, links. Nothing works.

I don't know what happened but I just rebooted and suddenly my PC found my mouse. Now everything seems fine. Thank you!

  • Unable to connect bluetooth BH-700 headset for Intel Centrino wireless n-1030 Bluetooth properly (without audio or feature after pairing)

I spent countless hours trying to figure why my new bluetooth headset (which matched perfectly my evo 4g) not be will pair correctly with my 1030 n.  From what I understand, some have speculated that this is because it lacked the A2DP Protocol from the driver or I have to configure a COM port.  I deleted and reinstalled the device a half-dozen times as well as research in audio playback devices (where it is not found) for trying to run after he pairs.

To be as clear as possible, I can "pair" the device, it installs successfully the "pilots", but I can't use to listen to music or run any other useful function.  If someone can think of a solution to this, I'd appreciate it.  I talked to the CSR at LG who suggested I look on google to find out how to enable an A2DP connection with the device, but I can't find anywhere, anything that even partially solves this problem.  I found only 2-3 others with this problem and no one has found an answer, but I thought I'd take my chances.  Thanks in advance.

The Bluetooth A2DP module is usually supplied with most non Microsoft Bluetooth systems.  Microsoft seems not to allow in any audio on their integrated Bluetooth system.

    Hello

It can help to turn off pairing your headphones for your iPhone / iPad before their pairing at your Apple Watch.

Also, make sure you put your headphones in pairing / discovery mode, in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

It can also help move the watch and the helmet away from any device Bluetooth enabled when their pairing.
