Unable to connect to remote via windows VPN 8.1 or higher apps

I have a problem with clients who have their RDP upgrade over version 7.1 connect to our remote applications.

I can see the event on the event viewer of the broker connection that the client was allowed to connect to a host, but the connection cannot be established.

Anyone running RDP v 7.1 can connect without a problem.

It seems only in fact anyone who isn't within our office.

They would be on a different subnet

Ex:

Office 10.0.40. *.

10.0.129 * remote desktop

We don't have this problem with the only connections to our remote applications regular Remote Desktop connection.

Servers running the hosts and the broker for connections are all r2 server 2012

Range of client computers in windows 7 to windows 10

    Hello

It would be a good idea to run the System File Checker tool to see if you have corrupted files

"How to use the System File Checker tool to fix the files on system missing or corrupted on Windows Vista or Windows 7"

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/929833

Use the (SFC.exe) System File Checker tool to determine which file is causing the problem and then replace the file. To do this, follow these steps:

    1. Open an elevated command prompt. To do this, click Start, click principally made programs, Accessories, right-click guest, and then click run as administrator. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password, or click allow.
    2. Type the following command and press ENTER:
      sfc/scannow

The sfc/scannow command analyzes all protected system files and replaces incorrect versions with appropriate Microsoft versions.

    And Malware scan:

Search for malware, if necessary using the safe mode with networking.

    http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/how-to-start-Windows-in-safe-mode/#Vista

    Say hello to new raj_sach.

You have to call Comcast and ask another router.  This model is known to have many questions.

If you take a look at the job for the router (click here), you can see that it supports up to Windows 7.  This means that all users on Windows 8 will have an update of the firmware (even if you have Windows 7, I wanted to report it).  ARRIS published an update that solves a number of problems with this router - but it will not work on the version you get from Comcast.  This means that Comcast will have to release their own update to solve problems.  You can see on this site on the site of Comcast that this router is known to have problems.

You can see similar problems in this article and this thread.

Contact Comcast immediately and ask for a new router.

    Have a great day!

  • Unable to connect to Oracle DB Windows

Have an unusual situation. I have a g 10 DB on Windows XP that I am trying to connect remotely. Windows Firewall is confirmed off the COAST and for the test that I have port 1521 open on our internet router. All local machines can connect without a problem. Remote computers can TNSPING and get a line of 70ms (not too bad), but I get an ORA-12170 when you try to connect. Everything is set up correctly on the client

If I take a Linux machine with a database and put in its place I can connect remotely with no problems.

The article may be too old, in the registry, it must be under

  • Unable to connect to databases via Grid Control

    Hello world

I have seen similar topics on the forums, but none of them could help me.

I installed version OEM Grid Control 5 on a rhel 5.3. I started to deploy agents on multiple hosts (windows 2003 and linux). I now opened ports in the firewall:
    TCP_4889: agent-> control grid
    TCP_1521: grid-> agent control
    TCP_3872: grid-> agent control

Agents are up and I see all the instances in the target/databases tab.
    Here's my problem:
The State of each instance is Metric Collection error and the message is * "this database is not configured."

When I click on Configure , then test the connection , I have the following error:
    Unable to connect to the database: IO exception: connection is the connection descriptor was (description = (address = (host = myserver_hostname)(protocol=tcp) (port = 1521)) (connect_data = (service_name = instance_name) (instance_name = instance_name)(UR=A)))

Your network card is properly recognized in Device Manager?
In your case, I would try to update the LAN driver. You can get the latest version here:

In addition, you check the version of the BIOS. The most recent version must be installed and load default settings here.

In the worst case, it s only a hardware problem and must exchange the motherboard together :(

  • Unable to connect to internet via wireless router

Original title: router Question through the network

    Hello!

Basically, I use NET connection of type PP - Poe, that requires a user name & password to connect. I have 1 Mbps plan of development. recently, I bought a D-link wireless router.
Connectivity is as---> main internet cable in this way will my internet port of the router. One cable goes on my desk from the LAN1 router lan port. I have configured my router with all the necessary parameters saved & now when I start my computer I dnt need to put the user name and password to connect to the internet.
I is automatically connected to my network using the router I think.
Now, the problem is that I use it more than 3 to 4 months. but now, when I start my pc, the network icon on the keep the taskbar on the search for the network all the time.
Oh, I can't do something, or I can use my cursor also because I move my cursor, but cannot use it. Thus, in this condition I vigorously shutdown my pc, the turnoff to my router & then I start my pc. so if I want to connect to the network, I remove the mains cable and the plugin on my office lan and evrything port works fine. in this State I put the user name and password to connect to the internet.
SO the thing is these days each time, I keep my router IT and start my pc to the Dungeon of the taskbar, the network icon on the turning points for an unlimited period.
then, when I am facing this problem I keep my pc WE & the turnoff to my router, then after some time the icon bar of the tasks of the network stop (research or rotation) and it's yellow exclamation point. then use the internet I remove the cable main network from the router and connect to my office. He asks username and password then the connection works fine.
    I am using windows 7 ultimate 64-bit.
still a very strange thing is when I'm dealing with this network icon turning question I connect my cell phone to my wi - fi router & it works well, but the scenario with my office is the icon itself keep turning. I use a basic wireless router. model No.:. DIR-524.
I hope, I tried my best to explain my problem.
    waiting for the answer.
