    Hello. Using a 2012 MacBook Pro runs El Capitan 10.11.4 and unable to connect to Wi Fi home exclusively. We had to Time Warner to get out. They gave us a new modem/router and update the connections/splitter in the basement. All our devices but my laptop can connect to the network. Our iPhones, light fires and Mac Book of wife anything can connect. The mine detects the network but cannot connect.     -Once the process is complete, stop your Mac and turn it on again after 30 seconds
