Unable to connect Typekit / Adobe ID.
After having upgraded to Acrobat DC I can't sign in to Typekit. Anyone else who has this problem?
Working on Mac IOS 10.10.2. Other CC-applications work and I could connect Adobe on my desk.

I replied to your email support, but for the history of the forum: looks like there may be a conflict with one of the cookie settings in your browser. The Web of Typekit site uses cookies on Adobe.com and the connection will not work if you have blocked in the browser of third party cookies.
If it is enabled in your browser, add these domain names as an exception to the privacy setting: *. Adobe.com and *. adobelogin.com.
This help page shows how to add exceptions in your browser:

Unable to connect to Adobe Creative cloud
Two days ago I received notification via creative Cloud that some applications were ready to be updated.
The update of the opening, asked me to connect, despite having entered my credentials previously that should have been saved. Upon entering my credentials again I immediately logged out with the message "you have been disconnected.
Thinking that Adobe could have zero strength post words of past user software patch (http://heartbleed.com/), but not sent to users an email notification, then I followed the link to the account/password FAQ (http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/account-password-sign-faq.html). I then asked for a password reset, follow the link to the automated email and created a new password.
The new password works on the Forums, but I'm still not able to connect to Adobe Creative Cloud. I am always logged on immediately with the message "you have been disconnected.
Username/password accounts Adobe management is lamentable historially , so it is understandable that users are seriously concerned about this number.
Can you please indicate:
* Si Adobe has been affected by the bug of software?
* If Yes, have you patched your OpenSSL, acquired new certificates, generated and deployed the new SSL keys and revoked certs and old keys?
* When do you expect creative cloud connection bug to solve?

Please follow the steps below
- Please navigate to user/AppData/Local/Adobe/OOBE c:\Users[user-name]\Music\iTunes\iTunes/nom (Appdata is a hidden folder, so click on organize > folder and search options, click the view tab and click Show hidden files and click OK)
- Delete the opm under OOBE.
- OOBE and rename it OOBEold.
- Check if you have AAMupdater in the same place.
- Please, rename it to AAMupdaterold.
- Click the gear on Creative Cloud desktop application icon and choose Exit Creative Cloud.
- Then, run it, sign in and click on the applications tab.

Whenever I log into Adobe Creative Cloud it disconnects me immediately. I tried to uninstall and reinstall but nothing has changed. It is a cause of problem now I can't use my cause of underwriting AE 1 year since I need to connect to CC because I do not have a serial number. Please help solve.

Unable to connect to Adobe Audition (2015) through Captivate
When creating videos in captivate I edit audio by hearing. I would usually clicking on the button in the function of audio editing Adobe captivate "Adobe Audition". After an upgrade to Adobe Audition CC 2015, it comes up with the message "Found no support for Adobe Audition version"
Others are experiencing this same problem?
Is it I have Adobe Audition version, I need to downgrade to do this, or is it an another workaround?

As for the previous differentiated similar facilities upgrade, you can still use Edit with hearing CC on audio clips in the library. Even if it is reported "Hearing CC" it will open CC2015 version if you have removed the old version of Audition. I just checked. I kept hearing the CS6 to use the change with Audition button in the Audio dialog box, change the part.

I see that you have an adobe account with the same email with forums, however, I don't see no subscription under this account.
If you can't change the email during indexing, see the steps below:
The OOBE and rename it OOBE.old and then try to connect with the correct ID:
Location: -.
Windows C: \ directory users\ user account-App data-local-adobe \oobe
MAC: Go / go to the folder / Application support / Adobe / oobe

Solution 1) (this error occurs when you have more than 1 process of Acrobat running)
(1) go to the task by pressing Ctrl + Alt + Del Manager
(2) go to the process in the Task Manager
(3) terminate all processes associated with Acrobat
(4) start Acrobat again.
Solution 2) open Acrobat access to menu help & repair installation.
Solution 3) control the association of file on your system.
Solution 4) course for HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\acrobat\shell\open\ddeexec\application and replace the key 'AcroviewA11' 'AcroviewR11.

- Uninstall Adobe CC (Creative Cloud help |) Uninstall the creative Office Cloud app)
- Reboot the computer.
