UNABLE TO PHONE DROID MERRY

Although everything seems to work very well I can't answer a call using the green screen slider to unlock.  I am able to answer using bluetooth.  I have had the phone a couple of months and maybe set something wrong and do not know what.

Cliff, has it never worked correctly or is - something that just started happening?  The cursor will not respond to your contact (and don't move at all), or did he do drag but not unlock (answer) once you have reached the end of the slide?  If it is locked and does not respond to your contact at all, try I'b he first turn and pulling the battery for a minute.  Sometimes that clears things up to the top. -Mark

  • Printing from phones Droid Bionic on HP Officejet 6700

I can not print photos from my cell phone Motorola Droid Bionic since the HP eprint has been updated.  I could print in the past.  My mobile phone and printer HP Officejet 6700 are on the same wireless network.  I have no problems printing wireless on my laptop or my Ipad.  The printer ejects a sheet of paper whenever I try to print from my phone.  All solutions?

    Hi Gailphoto,

Thanks for the quick reply and update.

Please try uninstalling and reinstall the application. You will need to reactivate the application when you reinstall. The activation code you received earlier will not work, you will need to request a new one.

  • Application on phones Droid Chase

Does anyone use the Chase app on their Droid phone? I'm having some trouble and am looking for others with the same problems so I can get Chase to solve.

    1. He has the ability to deposit checks by taking pictures of the front and back. The audit has not need be sent to the Bank - everything is done on the photos. I can't get this working on my original Droid or my Droid 3. The application of the Bank cannot take a concentrated even if the camera app takes a shot perfect verification.
    2. The phone constantly loses because it is a device that is registered with the Bank. This happened often with my Droid and less frequently with my Droid3. The Bank said the cookie is deleted, yet I don't delete them. None of my other apps lose their cookies. The problem happens also on my laptop, but not on my desktop.

If you have an account with Chase and have these problems or can try their Android app and see if you have these problems, please reply to this post so that I can get Chase to work on fixing problems. Thank you.

UPDATE - apparently something changed in the Chase deposit app recently. Now it works perfectly, taking sharp pictures which are accepted by the Bank. Interestingly, the view of the audit that the picture is taken is NOT in short now (it was), but the result image IS in short. Chase recently made major changes to their Web site and may have made a few changes to this app at the same time.

  • Phone Droid of Pix for the PPTP VPN

I tried to set up a PPTP VPN between a Droid phone and a performer 6.3.5 Pix code.  As much as I can say the configuration is correct and I can open the vpn pptp fine from my laptop however the Droid refuses to connect.  Here is the relevant configuration.

VPDN droid group accept dialin pptp

VPDN group droid ppp authentication pap

VPDN group droid ppp authentication chap

VPDN group droid ppp mschap authentication

VPDN droid Group client configuration address local vpnpool2

VPDN group droid pptp echo 60

VPDN group of local authentication client droid

I turned on him debugs following:

    Debug ppp PAPU

    Debug ppp chap

    Debug ppp error

  • cannot copy pictures to new phone droid

Manual to say my PC (vista 64) should simply recognize the phone as a storage device. (it does) And I can simply drag and drop files in there. But when I click on the "removable disk" it says: "Please insert a disk in the removable drive G:".

Huh? It is a new phone and I just checked, and it says I have 14 free CONCERTS...

    A missing something

Did you pull down the notification on the phone bar and tap USB connected and then a pop up appears and you must type Mount.  Then you should get access to the card SD of Explorer Windows.  I hope this helps.

    Greetings ejb426,

Like drago mentioned, there are file BT and WiFi, sharing applications on the market, but they don't allow you to share an Internet connection. You need to attach or a WiFi area reactive on the device of source of data (your Razr phone in this case) to enable connection sharing. In fact, I have a Razr phone Droid myself (provided by my company) and three tablets, including the Xoom FE. Since my company has their own data plan, they allowed the reactive capacity of Droid Razr so I can connect the Xoom FE when I use it for business purposes (for example presentations customer, site travel sellers, etc..). It's the only legitimate (and legal) way to share the data between devices phone plan.

Please note the rules and political positions that bypass the agreements (e.g. sharing data from your phone without having to pay for the option).

  • to use my android with my laptop using Windows phone 7 to access the internet via my mobile network without wifi

I tried to use pdanet as well as samsung software to activate droid to attach it to my computer and allow my computer to use my mobile network (no wifi).  can't seem to make this work.  my computer shows the phone droid as a recognized device.

Sorry was a little confused, you ask a question on a Microsoft Forum Android.

On android, you try to perform a "tie".  Depending on your operator, which may require add them a feature to your account to make it work.  There are several applications out there, that you can use to root your phone to install applications that will try to fake on the carrier.  Here's a piece of Security Council 'Root never your phone', it will cause problems and make you more vulnerable to exploitation thereafter.

But back to tie, I guess that you do not want to pay for an app for a quick search of the Amazon AppStore poster a few promising ones:

  • you see only not texts in car bluetooth connection

My husband recently got an iPhone 6 Plus.  In his Mercedes Benz bluetooth connection work and it can make and receive phone calls via his iPhone. However, it gets more texts displayed on the screen of the car.

Previously, with his phone droid, there was no problem.

Is it possible to get his text messages is displayed on the screen of the car?

Apparently the texts on the screen of an iPhone are not compatible with his car. The concession and ask.

  • Sync info does not stick on the desk and a link shared on Android FF, where on the desktop?

If you don't mind, I have two questions. The first is in what regards to Firefox Sync on Windows 7 x 64. Windows Firefox 19.0.2 won't save my login Firefox Sync. Whenever I start my browser that I put in the key name to username/password / recover.

This is the context and which, in my view, could be the cause of my problem. I was with an account of synchronization to synchronize between Win Office, computer laptop Win and a portable work Win. Sync worked for years with no problems before, for me. Finally got rid of Symbian for Android and I set up Firefox Sync on my Droid phone. Unfortunately, she totally trashed my favorites. So I show all my browsers (Firefox Android) and restored my bookmarks from a backup and created a new account to sync to start over (ensure that no corrupted data was be synchronized). Since I did it, Firefox desktop won't save my synchronization with the new or old account login information. I could rebuild my profile from scratch but I use this profile for a few years and rebuilding it will be really a lot of time. If I have no choice, I'll take my vacation time during the Easter holidays to do, but the man who really sucks I had the intention to leave the laptops at home. I would appreciate it so any ideas on how I can fix without having to start from scratch?

My 2nd question is in regards to Firefox Sync on Android. Before I took off all my devices in my old account Sync I have played with the sharing for Firefox Sync feature and couldn't make it work. So my question is, if I shared a link to 'Firefox Sync' on my phone Droid, how to access this link on your desktop? I could not find anywhere.

    Thank you!!

I am a fool! Fixed today on my work computer and the fix worked on my home computers, so this post is closed. Under the browser close cleanup actions in the privacy settings, I had the option of passwords clear verified. Uncontrolled which and the info FF Sync stuck.

I use lastpass, so I had that checked to erase whatever it was captured by Firefox. Never put it together that's not only erase web passwords but past extension too, since my pocket and other passwords extension all stuck. I have same subbed to Xmarks before I left and stuck his name of user and password.

Anyway, putting this here in case someone else made the same stupid embarrassing mistake I did.

  • Off contract minutes master plan

Only a client, no personal interest. I was looking for a reasonable plan for Smartphone for three girls. Phones Droid X used on Ebay, $100.00 or so each. Page Plus sells 250 Verizon minutes per month for $12.00 per phone. Use your Google voice on your home or any other WiFi network to send free SMS, free Groove IP application for free voice, once again, on the WiFi for free. Have your MEID number, located below your battery, 13 digits? Your Google Voice number is your account ID if you import your Google voice phone number to the Page. It's Verizon service cellular coverage is the same.

    Happy savings,

    George

  • Import the custom ringtone

I just got my new phone Droid Friday (abandoned on my iPhone because of the shitty camera, too many problems with applications, difficulties with my own custom ringtone and the network). So far, I am impressed by the performance and ease of use. One thing missing in all of the ads is the absence of the possibility to synchronize with a Windows PC. I understand quickly that I had to move all of my contacts, emails and Google calendar but also mount SD card to access the SD card via USB. I copied my ringtone on the SD card. I made sure to disassemble and even rebooted the phone. I tried to use the Android file manager to copy the file system/media/ringtones mp3 and I get an error "can not stick mp3 in the Clipboard. I tried to use another file manager as well without success. It seems to be a permissions issue.

Anyone know how I can import my MP3 ringtone to use as a ringtone on my phone?

    Take care...

    Bruce Preudhomme

I created a file on the SD card named My Music and downloaded an MP3 on it. Then went to the icon of music and found it. Played... then click the menu button and asked if I want to set as ringtone. It works...

Just still trying to find a way to put a different MP3 as a reminder by email.

  • Audio navigation cut using bluetooth

New Droid Razr M a month. I use the Motorola car dock and a Motorola Roadster bluetooth device in my car. I tried 3 applications of navigation (Google Nav, Waze and Scout) and during navigation in early audio management to cancel on all 3 apps. For example, instead of hear "turn left main street" I only hear "...". to main st. It seems to cut just the beginning of spoken information. I have listened carefully and hear a soft click, outgoing speaker of the Roadster when it should be the beginning of the audio management. When I turn the Roadster off the coast of the audio is finished on the 3 tried apps.

I used the same Roadster on my previous phone (Droid X) and this problem never existed. Just listen to other types of audio files on the Droid Razr M through the Roadster. I have used Tune In Radio Pro and other applications, like this and never had a problem yet.

I can try to run the Droid Razr M in safe mode to see if that makes a difference. This method helped me diagnose a different problem that caused a 3rd party app.

After the recent update my Bluetooth problem has been resolved.

  • Cannot maintain a WiFi connection

    Xoom - ICS

Wireless - Cisco business WAP4410N access point

    WPA2 security

After the update to ICS fron Honycomb, the Xoom does not have WiFi connectivity. He was strong on the day. Now I see connected, connected, dropped, linking in continuous models. My phone Droid 4 is strong signal. This Cisco WAP has great ability and is B/G/N. The Xoom is 30 feet of the access point antenna.

I use given Verizon now where in the past it was all WiFI.

Any thoughts on why this lack of solid connectivity?
