  The problem seems to be the igdumd64.dll:

  The igdumd64.dll is a component of the Intel graphics driver and seems to be an older version then try to update the graphic driver Intel.

  You could try the manufacturer of the computer for an updated driver, or use the following utility for intel to check a generic version:

  Could you please let us know the application of Adobe help.

  Did you try to uninstall and reinstall the application?

  If this is not the case, try the cleaning tool Acrobat Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat tool - Adobe Labs to remove Adobe application and restart the system.

  Then re-install application from the link provided here:

  Method 1: If the program is not compatible, then try to install and run the program in compatibility mode.
  Use the following steps:
  Right-click on the program
  Click on properties
  Click on the Compatibility tab
  Select run this program in compatibility mode and select Windows Vista or other operating system, the program has been run successfully.

  The problem seems to be related as a result of security Kaspersky you use. Try to disable Kaspersky and reload the game (s).
