  Today I wanted to save the PDF file (created by exporting from MS Word) as a Reader Extended PDF that allows you to comment on and I failed, I find myself with a message saying something like "you don't have permissions to write to a file. It's in Polish, so I'm not sure that this is a correct translation. In any case, it's something I've done for hundreds of files, in the same way. So I'm not sure what's going on? These files are not protected. I use the same account all the time.

  Hello.  I use LiveCycel designer TO create a PDF to fill several and save the PDF files to fill static forms on-line.  I use acrobat X pro to allow the extension of the detector so that users type in the data and save the form, however, the right pdf file cannot save the data entered, except the data entered in the first field.  What did I miss?

  On the first field, look at the object/link tab and see what the link is set to... something .prpably like use FieldName. Now let's look at another field that is not saved and see what his relationship is set on... I bet that it is set to None. If so change it to use FieldName.

• HP C6280 All in One Printer: unable to save the scanned document of multi page as on the single Document using the Preview on IMAC computer

  I recently reinstalled my drivers on my IMAC computer to correct some strange characters appearing when printing from Microsoft word via Parallels.  The relocation at this time and the time has fixed this problem.  My most recent issue is not able to save a scanned document of multi page into a document using an excerpt?  In the latest that I had to do was high brightness, scanned documents to be saved and presto, all were saved under one.  Now you have to go save each of them at a time.  If you have a 5-page document, you need to go through the registration process 5 separate time create several documents, which is a big waste of time.  I have also my C6280 DPL 100 size should be a problem, I think.  To correct even any help would be greatly appreciated.

  Welcome to the HP Forums! I'd love to help you analyze documents several pages in a single file. When you scan, you select PDF as the format scanning? When you select the PDF file, you should see an option to select, save all pages in a single file, or a variant of this option.

  If you do not see this, please post a screenshot of you scanning settings for I can visually identify the issue.

• Unable to save the PDF to my docs using 11.0.08 XP

  I have Adobe Reader 11.0.08 on a Windows XP computer.   I used to be able to "save under" a PDF file to my documents.  Now, whenever I do a "save under", it goes into a temporary file in Internet Explorer. There is a drop down menu on the screed "save under" who won't let me choose 'Save in the account online', 'acrobate.com' and 'New account' how not to eliminate the options and save in my docs?  Thanks in advance for your help.

  Please go to edit > Preferences > General > uncheck the option 'See the saving files from online storage' and then see if you still experience the same or not.

  I have download Adobe 7, but I can't change the default for adobe 6 .pdf extensions so that pdf open with adobe 7.

  Adobe 7 works well if I open it and I can read PDFs with it.

Please make sure that you run the correct version of the server, SSL is configured correctly, and that the policy associated with the document you are trying to open via the name of user and password authentication does not have a watermark.

  When I download PDFs of databases (e.g., SpringerLink) I can download to READ only (there is NO toolbar to print/economy/etc.). I am y access through a University Library which gives access. Y at - it a setting I need to change? OR some files are restricted to read-only? If so - how can I know which is the case before I download?

  I have a web application where in I have download the PDF documents on the server. When I try to add the document, when the document is downloaded, I get a popup asking to save or open. How can I remove the popup?

  In the Sub screen, when I download the sample document, once the document is added, I will get the popup view downloads. It is a web application and after clicking the AddFile, I get a file browser to select the file. Once the file download selected, the document is added and popup appears.

  These page numbers were initially created using Acrobat PDF header and footer.

  I have a 750 page pdf document that I've created.

  I have to sometimes the pages up and down after that I added the page numbers in the document by using the Header_Footer tool on the right column of tools.

  But after you save the document, if I get a few pages around, I can't go back and change the page numbers.

  I thought that the page numbers, as indicated in the header and footer must have changed automatically, but I guess that once its print, that it cannot be edited - is that, as what is?

  So I guess we should always first get a copy without numbers of pages before confirming the documents and the creation of an index.

  A way to remove these page numbers already there and add new page numbers.

  Its a lot of work to align 750 court documents and then realize that you must move some and then realize the page numbers cannot be changed and thus begin to do this all over again to compile which can take about 10 hours.

  My question is quite simple, but I hope that overall, I got my point. Sorry if I made it is too complex.

  If no simple way, want to know if anyone has another different tool or a few recommendations to better highlight what I'm doing wrong.

  I get "Unable to save the document as" whenever I try to save or save as.  Tried to save in many different locations, file names & versions of flash.  Nothing works. Any suggestions? Thank you!

  I have printer HP 8610 running on a desktop computer with Windows 7. I just bought and installed the printer. It seems to work irradically since I was able to print a number of things. When I open a pdf document and click on the print icon in the menu it opens the print dialog box. Everything is set to print on the 8610 and when I click on the button print is opens another dialog box asking me of "save under". I tried to save the same document on my desktop and try this place, and the same thing happens.

  Any suggestions?

  You will see the same while the other PDF files print then? for example, Word, Notepad, etc. ?

  Which PDF reader you use?

  Adobe Reader for example, click file > print, and then click the Advanced button.

  Check printing as files option is not checked and click OK.

  Now try to print again and check for the difference.

  Please let me know the results when printing from another program, also well don't forget to specify your PDF reader if the problem persists.

  You are not allowed to write to the specified folder.

  CHEK your access privileges.

  Also: in case you save to a network: do not.

  Try to save in the Documents folder in your user folder. Then close the document and check what needs to be checked.

  If you need additional assistance, please we say system and version of Illustrator and where you want to save.

  You will need to open the file in LiveCycle Designer to be able to get to the scripts.
