  You can use firewall settings to block a program. Therefore, check if the game is blocked by windows defender or any third-party firewall program.

  Method 1: Run the blocked program or the blocked service

  After Windows Vista starts, you can run programs blocked or blocked services by following these steps:

  1. click on the blocked startup programs in the notification area icon.

  2. tap on the blocked programand then click the program or service in the list that you want to start. Collapse this includes this image

  It depends on what program he blocked.  If you just answered to a guest of VistaUAC with a 'Cancel' and then sims3will not be blocked, because UAC does not have a 'memory', so you can just run sims3, once again.  If your Firewall blocked then it probably has a learning mode and will continue the block until turn you the tide in the firewall settings by adding it to "Exclusions".  However, the exact method to remove the "block" depends on which firewall you have.  If it has been blocked by Windows Defender then instructions on how to run again is in this Microsoft KnowledgeBase Article:

  Good question.  But you should ask 3cx first.  If you have this problem, others running Vista probably do as well.

  The program tries to modify an entry in the registry and something he keeps.  The registry is huge, and unless you know exactly what entry does not cooperate, your best approach would be to restore the registry to a point to where he was working.  You can do this by performing a "system restore."

  I found the following instructions from Microsoft to fix this error:

  If the AppGuid identifier is listed instead of the friendly name, locate the program by using this identify.
  7. right-click program and then click "Properties".
  8. click on the security"" tab.

  10. click on 'Add', type the name of the user account, and then click OK.
  11. If the user is selected, click to select the 'Allow' for the following check boxes:
  «Local launch»
  "Remote launch.
  "Local activation".
  "Remote activation.
  12 clock 'OK' twice.
  13. exit the registry editor.

  I can follow the above instructions until I get to number 6.

• slow programs since Sierra update

  Ive noticed a specific slow performance hardware and software since I did the update of Sierra last week. Programs are slow to load, fast wifi is terrible and therefore slow to react and to load Web pages. I ran Etrecheck but don't know what needs sorting or sort. I noticed its Webkit highlighted by using a lot of resources. What is it and do I need?

  Prevents elements start and the login items open automatically
  Disables the user installed fonts
  Delete font caches, hiding the kernel and other files of the system cache
  Together, these changes can help resolve or isolate issues related to your startup disk.

  Try safe mode if your Mac does not end commissioning
