  Hello MSFT sensi.
  I need help. I have the Microsoft Natural ergonomic 4000 keyboard with IntelliType 8.15 64-bit for Windows 7 installed. I run on a brand new i7 with 9 GB of ram and 1 TB of hard drive.  I just installed Office 2010.  Have you tested this keayboard with Office 2010?

  I bought and returned 2 of these keyboards at my local dealer and two keyboards have the same problem. Preconfigured keys (help, undo, redo, new, open, close, reply, fwd, send, spell, save and print) F1 - F12 do function not all as they are indicated in MS Word 2010 etc. I was able to program my favorites 1-5 with little problem.

  I did the following to try to resolve the problem:
  1. research of virus (clean)
  2. uninstalled the driver and downloaded the last strand 8.15 64
  3 entered the keyboard layout configuration and reset the default settings
  4 tried to manually program the F1 - F12 function keys

  NONE of these things solve the problem.  Which brings me to the conclusion that this keyboard does not have to be 100% compatible with Office 2010.

  Any suggestions / feature of configuration problems feature keys?

• Resize the image without undo - redo disturbing

  Hello
  I want to resize the image if its bigger than a maximum size. To that effect in the listener to 'StatusChangeEvent.INLINE_GRAPHIC_STATUS_CHANGED', I changed graphics width and height. But then the undoManager doen't cancel transactions before this image resizing.
  If I resize the image using editManager.modifyInlineGraphic () then in the undo stack additional surgery will be added.
  Any suggestions to resize the image to load so that undo-redo disrupts.

  Good point - setting of the image solves the problem with the size of the chart.

  I'll take the idea of maximum size connected as an enhancement request parameters.

• Definition Undo/Redo menu text

  When the work is changed, the text for the menu Cancel will be something like "Undo Move" or "cancel the color".  The suite of AIUndo has a SetUndoText function that "indicates the localizable text for undo and redo menu items.  However, when I use this function to my plugin, the text is not the way I think.  When I go to 'create' to the text to cancel it, the menu will be displayed as "CreateUndo".  OK, I can solve the problem of spacing...  But it seems that I should be able to define the entire string, not only the half of it.  Or at least, the text I have spend should appear after "Undo", not in front of it, to make it look like an undo operation normal.

  Am I missing something, or is this all just not work properly?

• Impossible to save, undo or redo

  I was working on a document in Indesign CS6 and all of a sudden I realized that I'm not able to undo, Redo or save. How can I solve this problem and what he does in the first place?

  The document is still open? If this is the case, the first thing to try is an export to .idml (see http://forums.adobe.com/thread/526991). If you are not able to export, you have a chance, not a certainty of recovery by force quit and restart ID. I know it's a very scary idea, but ID auto salvage is actually the best in the business. If data recovery is not corrupted ID will restart and open all documents you were working in the State of recovery, which is usually no more than an action or two removed the last thing you did. Re-register a new name. DO NOT OVERWRITE the other file, and retry export.  If you have already closed the file or the ID it is nothing you can do to recover the work wasted.

  Change options - Undo, redo, copy, paste, paste without formatting work, is that they are shaded out in the Edit menu and do not work on the right click of the mouse. I disabled add ons, run in safe mode, go out and restarted but the problem persists. Can anyone help urgent please.

  Mine are greyed out until they can do something. So they're all gray until I have started typing, pasting is grayed if there is nothing on the Clipboard and copy / cut are gray until I have select something.

  Since this morning, I'm not able to save files or use Undo in InDesign CC. Tried a lot of bugs, but nothing has worked. I have a ton of work to do today ' today - all the solutions for this?

  We tried to solve the problem where save/save as, and Undo/Redo is disabled in InDesign CC 9.2. As Peter mentioned, kindly update ID 9.2.

• 2015 CC - "dummy undo undo" - I can't cancel after the first, then back to AE

  Every since I have updated to 2015 CC, I can't cancel my After Effects composition changes when I move to first, then returns to After Effects.

  When I switch back to After Effects, the "Undo" and "Redo" menus give me only the options "cancel cancel dummy" and "cancel dummy, again" that appear to have an effect, and I'm stuck with the last change I made of my composition, if I want to keep it or not.

  Is there a way to fix this?

  We are aware of the problem, and we are working on a fix.  This problem occurs when the task of switching between apps (in the foreground, go to the PR, go back to EI).  The menu Edit (Undo/Redo/history) in AE fills with "Undo model value.  There is currently no work around.  But you can clear/reset the EI Edit menu without having to restart the application; Edit > purge > all memory.

  Unfortunately, I don't think that IE spend Ctrl + Z for ActiveX Flash control, which means that it is a matter of Microsoft. A version of TLF after 1.0 is likely to work around this problem by adding Undo/Redo to the context menu of TLF.

• Xbox 360 and xbox running live of laptop and wireless modem

  I'm running as my Xbox 360 and xbox live since my laptop via an ethernet cable. The internet connection is done by '3' wireless dongle. It has worked well in the past - until recently.

  Whenever I try now - setting up my xbox can't get an IP address from my laptop.

  I was on the site of Microsoft for answers and xobx and I start to beat now. I watched CSI and as I can see - everyhting should work fine.

  I have Norton Internet Security and Windows Firewall as my security systems.

  Any ideas anyone?
