  I m not owner of this external HARD disk but it sounds a bit like a hardware malfunction.
  Maybe the HARD disk has crashed in such a case, you would lose data

  Well, perhaps you could remove this disk of the case and could connect to a HARD drive controller internal office PC.
  You can check if the BIOS recognizes the HARD drive and internal hard drive

  But if the BIOS would not recognize the HARD drive then it would mean that the HARD drive is dead!

  You can change the font size of incoming emails by going to the Tools menu in Outlook Express and selecting Options.  Open the read tab, and then click the fonts option.  In the fonts window, click on font size and make your selection.  I always click OK, then apply and OK to be sure change stick.  You may close OE and then reopen it for the change to take effect.

  I don't know of any way to change the background color of the e-mails received.  I'm sure someone will have an answer for this procedure.

  Try the following.

  Shut down the laptop, unplug the AC adapter and then remove the battery.  Press and hold the Power button for 30 seconds.  Reinsert the battery and plug in the AC adapter.

  Robinet tap away at the key esc that you start the computer to launch the Start Menu, and then select f10 to open the bios menu.  Press f5 to load the default values (sometimes it's f9, but the menu below indicates the correct key), use the arrow keys to select 'Yes' and press ENTER.  Press f10 to save the setting and still use the arrow keys to select 'Yes' and press on enter.

  Let windows load completely and then see if you can turn on the surround light by holding down the fn key and pressing the space bar.

  Bootcamp.exe is the process that blocks.

  you say that bluetooth is disabled, but have you recently used bluetooth? It could still be paired with another device? Perhaps. Have you tried restarting your device? Remove the battery out while your device is still on. Reinsert the battery after 15-20 seconds or more and wait for the process to restart (up to 5/6 minutes). Who can fix the problem if your some is not a bluetooth device issue. Always check if your pair with another device upward.

  You can also turn off the blue light for bluetooth by:

  Options > bluetooth > menu > options > change 'Connection led' on 'off '.
