  When you talk about 'temporarily' as record files in the temporary folder and then by restarting the machine will lose files. You can save the file in any location stored as reader or office and then reopen the case should show all of the content without any loss.

  If the files are deleted or lost there's no way to recover those, sorry if this is the case.

  We recently noticed the bug following on 2 of our pc business. Not sure where the problem lies, so I am posting this on all websites of 3 vendors (IBM, Microsoft, and Adobe):

  We cannot change the font by default in our mail client, for example Lotus Notes 8.5.x on pc running a combination of a Suite from Adobe (currently Design Standard and Web Premium CS5 and 6), Windows 7 and Lotus Notes 8.5.x.
  This problem does not occur on PCs running a stand-alone client for Adobe Acrobat X on Windows XP or 7.

  Please advise as to a possible solution.

  I created a Site of Muse on my desk. When I try to open the site on my laptop I get the following message: "the file from the adobe muse site cannot be opened error #3115.. I have Adobe CC installed on both machines, and the file is on my dropbox folder. Other sites created in the same circumstances work very well. I can't find any relevant documentation. I tried to import a widget from Musegrid the site use before attempting to open the site, but that did not work. It's a pretty simple site. He uses a 3rd party widget: MuseGrid Mega Menu One.   Please log out of Muse and sign again. Make sure you also apply creative cloud is updated (to check that disconnect from the creative cloud and login again if its not up to date you will be asked to install the update)

  To sign out of muse click help > Sign Out

  
  

  If the problem is still not fixed then please rename the folder "OOBE" to "OOBE.old" starting from the following locations

  MAC: (This file can be found at Finder > go > go to folder > enter ~/library/application support/Adobe > press return)

  Widows: (This file can be found at C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Adobe )

  Please try this:

  Navigate to the following location to Finder > go > go to folder

  ~/Library/preferences and delete folders that a Muse in his name (instead of delete records you can backup/move them to another location by using cut and paste)

  Example folder names:

  AdobeMuse

  com.adobe.AdobeMuseCC.2014.2

  com.adobe.AdobeMuseCC.2014.3

  com.adobe.AdobeMuseCC.2014.1

  Also, go to ~/library/preferences/adobe and do the same thing
