  Hello, I want to uninstall Photoshop CS3 from my old PC, as I just built a new PC for my home photo editing.  I want to install Photoshop CS3 on my new computer, and then install the upgrade buy Photoshop CS6.  Is I meet all the problems from a license point of view?  I need to talk to someone on the phone at Adobe and get their permission before doing this?

  You don't need to install CS3 at all - unless you really want to. All that is needed is CS6 installing. It will ask you a serial qualification in the upgrade process. If you offer your activations, then call support, otherwise there is no requirement for this.

  You can use retail XP Pro upgrade on another computer, provided that you have a qualifying earlier version of Windows for this computer.  The previous version can be installed on the computer or on the installation CD provided with this computer.

• Activate the upgrade of windows 8 installed the new SSD

  Yesterday, I received a new SSD and I wanted to replace my current SSD. I knew it was not going to be easy to do this, I think that MS hates me :-(.

  In any case, I have a 8 win upgrade key. So what I did is first install win 7 on my new SSD but the problem was, I couldn't activate win 7. The message was that this key was already in use (which could be true because my current SSD has been improved for this key).

  So I continued and installed win 8 hollow upgrade its Web site. Finally, when I try to activate I get this lovely error "0xc004c003 the activation server determined that the specified product key is blocked. I googled and the result was MS hates you. Now, I am very sad and don't know what I just loved and hated not being. I tried phone activation and other tips of register of google, but it wouldn't help.

  If I plug my old SSD I can see that windows 8 is enabled and works but I don't know how to get a clean install on my new SSD.

  Try the phone activation:

  1. press the Windows key + X , and then clickrun, and then type: slui.exe 4

  4. choose the option "activate phone".

  I went through the installation of a new version, well... 8 times before. And I noticed that adobe has the bad habit of not properly uninstall previous versions...

  What is the best way to do it?

  Should I do an adobe install and regular confidence this time to remove completely the old version and its associated directories?

  Or should I uninstall the old version and install a new one? I was always afraid to go this route files bocause Organizer.

  Because fortunately, most of the Adobe programs can coexist on the same computer, Adobe does NOT overwrite previous versions

  Now, if all uninstall completely from a previous installation, they would first use the uninstaller in Add/Remove programs. Then, a registry cleaner like CCleaner will take care of all that remains there. But wait, there is more!  For example, PrE, will NOT remove existing projects, which many people feel is a great thing. In addition, pre will not delete the preferences file, and this is why it is necessary to reset the preferences, if there are problems, even after repeated uninstalls / reinstalls. They can be removed manually. These two latter features security measures to protect users.

  Help, I have a small embroidery business and have used a program called Embird.  Yesterday, I downloaded an upgrade for this program. It said to uninstall the old program before installing the new, so I did.  Now when I try to install the new one it says this link must be opened with an application, select application.  I have no idea what it means that someone can help me?  I tried to restore the computer to a date prior to just start all over hoping he would restore the old Embird, it says that the file may be damaged and will not work.

  If you were able to 'merge', you have unzipped the file somehow.  What was all the messages when you did the merger?

  Follow these steps:

  Right-click on the downloaded file, and select Properties.  What does say for 'File Type' and what is the 3-letter file extension (after the point)?

  Basically if you have an older version of the browser (before May 2011) and try to upgrade to a newer version you must uninstall the old version and install the new version from scratch. The problem is related to a change in the required certificate to sign the application AIR (from Adobe) that has two incompatible versions.

  I explained to him that you can store everything, including the image on the hard drive, then return it to the outer shell to start the imaging boot disk to apply the image to the SSD.

  Don t know what modem you have and need this modem but I recommend checking that my modem manufacturer supplied installation instructions.
  You should also visit the modem manufacturer for more information about the new software, installation or updates

  PS; usually, you can uninstall the software installed in the Panel-> Add & Remove software.

  Otherwise, I recommend tool called CCleaner. It cleans the operating system, the registry and it s useful to remove the software from the HARD drive.
