  This happens when Ps app is removed not uninstalled. So when you try to download, it shows you that the CC Ps is already installed.

  Help. I ran a program of cleaning some time ago, and it seems that I deleted some system files and drivers. My computer has had problems and listed some missing drivers that is: isapno.sys combatt.sys BATTC. SYS c:\windows\system32\drivers\aliide.sys PCIIDEX. SYS pcmcia.sys Mount.sys and many more I copied when my computer wouldn't start not and these appear as I tried them to open it in safe mode and the last configuration that worked. I'm afraid to restart my computer in case it no longer starts.

  Furthermore, I can't use my external CD drive - it says "Drive E: is unreachable" I tried to download the drivers for memorex DVD + R inorder to make a Backup of my files - in vain - under device settings, I can not find Samsung drive and not memorex (my drive is called Storix optical series)

  PS It works for CD playback but not burn or opening CD white

  Hi Amanda,.

  If you are running Windows XP, then I recommend to use the RESTORE option to restore your system to its correct state. Obviously, using a prior restore point when you ran your cleaner utility.

  If this does not resolve your system then I would recommend a reinstall of your operating system from the proceeds of the recovery disks (backup your own data first files) because there may be other files that have been deleted by your own utility.

  You apparently Forefront security or installed Microsoft Security Essentials. If this is the case, you can not install Windows Defender. MSE already has an element antispyware anyway. So what antivirus/security software you have already installed on the computer? I don't like Windows Defender on XP machines in any case. A better choice is MalwareBytes' Anti-Malware (free versions). Install and update / it run manually once a week or more. MS - MVP - Elephant Boy computers - don't panic!

  MSPaint and Calculator have disappeared from my computer and try to reinstall.  I'm talking not just for shortcuts, they are not in the System 32 folder, nor made a search for MSPAint.exe yield no results.

  I tried to go to Control Panel - Add or remove programs - add or remove Windows components and checked MSPaint and Calculator (and games because they seem to have disappeared as well).  When I try to reinstall, I get invited to:

  "You can also click OK if you want the files to be copied from another location, such as a floppy disk or a network server.

  I put in my XP Pro disc in the drive and it won't let me go any further.  I do not have a SP3 CD, even if I use SP3 - I believe that I have donwloaded the update.  What can I do to remedy this situation?

  restore points don't affect programs and system files and is not effective on the music, photos and personal documents.

  However, your question is a good example of the importance of back up or maintain a copy of your personal files.

  my suggestion is to go there and make a folder called c:\mycopy and copy your music, photo and doc on her records.

  Microsoft also provides free 25 GB of space on their "skydrive" site where you can also download and store personal files.

  25 gigs is a lot of space and it's free so enjoy it.

  now with this concern of the road, you can concentrate on the work on the system.

  Since I imovie 9.0.9 my programs folder I am currently using this version and try to find a solution to get back to the version 10.1.2

  iMovie is not part of an installation of El Capitan. So, if you did a clean install of El Capitan, it will not be installed.
