  Hi Melanie,

  In "style.css" to your theme, there are several instance of:
  
font-family: helveticaneue;

  Like Helvetica Neue is not a standard font of the web safe and since this is the nomenclature can vary from one system you can use something more like:
  
font-family: "Helvetica Neue", "HelveticaNeue", Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;

  When you use a non web-safe fonts, it is always good to provide alternatives if the font is not available.

  Another alternative is to use once (@font-face) to use do it.

  Method 1: Unregister and register the Windows Setup program again

  (a) click Start, run, type MSIEXEC /Unregister. and then click OK. Even if you do it right, it may seem that nothing is happening.

  (b) click Start, click Run, type MSIEXEC/REGSERVER, and then click OK. Even if you do it right, it may seem that nothing happens, or you can briefly see an hourglass. After you run this command, the operation is complete.

  Download and install Revo Uninstaller from the link below.

  Run revo and use it to uninstall the software.  Make a right click on the program icon you want to remove and select uninstall. Initially, this will launch the applications own routine that will probably still fail, but simply to continue Uninstall.  During the process, that you may be asked to remove the registry entries, simply select all and then click on remove.  Do the same for any left over files and folders.  Once the uninstall is complete, reboot the PC.
