  I have these concerns:

  Could someone provide the additional steps or recommendations?

  You can use the oracle supplied binary dinstall to uninstall oracle binaries that you can download from this url of Oracle Database 11 g Release 2 for Microsoft Windows (x 64) that looks good in your context.

  What I've done, I downloaded Windows Installer Clean-up and installed, I uninstalled Office Live 1.4 and then once that is done, I have tried to install the Office Live 1.5 update, which is that I had problems with and installed without any more problems. As I mentioned previously, outages I found solutions were below to include servers, but none for Windows 7, Windows Vista and even suggestions. But, I really appreciate your time and efforts.   The error has nothing to do with the suitcase. Apparently the update was not complete and you should probably uninstall ID and reinstall to get the version of the plugin correctly in place.
