  Welcome to the HP Support forums. I understand that you get a connection error message when you try to use your printer Photosmart 6520 scanning e-mail.

  Please define Manual of the printer an IP address manually and DNS servers. If you do not know how to this I have included a link to another post which has measurements, including screenshots, on how to do it. Please do not worry that the screenshots show a printer Photosmart 7510, the steps are the same.

  Once you have set the IP address manually, you still have the same problem with by entering the PIN code?

• Problem of the artboard in CS6

  1. when I try to export (use "export... (', not 'save for web') as tiff or any other format raster, the image is cropped just around the work instead of the artboard all about. A way to fix it? Seems impossible as the box tool crop is gone.

  2. for registration as eps8 or eps10, no area of culture is created around the artboard. I have to open the eps file in CS3, create an area of crop and resave the file. Is it possible to get the CS6 to create a zone of cultures when recording in an older format?

  However computer have always baffled me. I have a Toshiba M40, although I know that this problem is not specific to this model.

  The laptop does not charge the battery beyond a certain level at the moment its impasse on 41%, it says loading in windows but do not go anywhere.
  I saw other portable that stick onto the other percentages 99%, 70% etc.

  I tried to completely discharge the battery (on windows) and reload (for Windows), and also tried to unload and reload not in o/s, if anything they seem to have made things worse as initially the issue of charge level was approximately 50% and more.

  By mistake the laptop wasn't for awhile so the battery flat, which probably did not help as I understand its best to store 40% battery when not in use.

  Any ideas what the problem is and if theres any way to revive this battery?
