  I have a unlocked Treo Pro and the part on my existing number is 35H 00114 - 00 m and I need to know if the battery with part number 3443ww will work in my phone.  I use my phone a lot during the day and usually have to recharge it at least once in the middle of the day and sometimes twice.  I thought a 2nd battery would be a good solution but could not find a new OEM with the same part number as the one I have.  Thanks for the help.

  My Treo Pro guard wake up without apparent reason.  I have no runing in the background apps, email is set to manual still it keeps waking up then cycles itself out as usual.  Still, I have 'x' all the apps off and he wakes up and cycles off.  This seems to be really draining the battery and is boring.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  Thanks IrreducibleM31 for the suggestion off cellualr radio.  This seems to be what's causing my Pro waking up again and again.  I turned it off for two hours and he did not wake up one time.  I turned on the radio cellualr and a few minutes to go to sleep, he awoke and continued to do almost every 10 to 15 minutes.

  Knowing the problem dosen't help because I need to have my phone on all day, so guessing it is not something I can do about it until someone comes up with a fix within the network.

  I have a treo pro. The Navigation button would not light up when I receive a call or a voice mail? Also, my phone keeps connect on board... When I click to see what programs are activated there aren't everything. Help!

  The central button will light only when you have a new voicemail, no missed calls or anything else besides. Also, light is a light that shines with a grey-white, so it is sometimes difficult to see in a clear box, if you move the device to obscurity and you receive a phone call and it goes to voicemail, check to see if it lights always upward. Also note that the middle button turns on only if this type of notification of voicemail can be managed by your operator.

  Who is your carrier is ATT? The device will go in and out of the range of cellular and will sometimes require the device to reconnect to the towers including the data plan. But the frequency with which it connects?

  I just got a TreoPro of my niece, his open and I have at & t, I need the start software OR something to make this stupid phone connect to my stupid computer. Operator error is not possible...   LOL

  Anyway, I have searched high and low, but for some reason some can't.  This Treo Pro OS is Windows Mobile 6 Professional (I think) and I want to sync (or what you call) with my Windows 7 computer in which I have MS Outlook 2007.

  I'm very used to using the Palm Desktop software for my other 2 phones Centro and my Palm T | X (which I really like). And if I can't get Windows on my phone to talk to my Windows computer so I can just download the Palm Desktop software (which I think I found but I still have my old CD) and go from there.

• Treo Pro - video playback problem

  Just bought the Treo Pro and tried to get my videos to play well.  Have you tried the MPEG-4 and. WMV with different settings and still does not play well.  The picture is jumpy, pixeled or out of sync with audio.  I guess it has to do with the speed of the processor or something.  Does anyone know the specific setting video mp4 or wmv play OK in the Treo Pro? resolution, frame rate, encoder bit rate, wmv, etc.  Thanks for your help.

  That's what I was looking for.  TCPMP tried it and worked perfectly, as with my last treo 680.  Was trying to get a working version of WM since the last version was having a problem and crashed in WM6.  I found it here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=380387.

  I get pdf documents created by the creator of Oracle pdf and Adobe Reader 2.5 version provided with the Treo Pro opens blank pages. If I open it on my pc and resave using Adobe Acrobat Pro, then transfer them to the Treo Pro I can view fine. I assume that there is a problem with the Oracle pdf creator, but there is nothing I can do about it. Does anyone know if any third-party pdf viewing software will open these files?

  Well I fixed it. I downloaded a freeware for Windows Mobile pdf viewer. Pocketxpdf.

  Problem solved. I think it was a matter of version that the Acrobat Lite 2.5 as that provided with the Treo Pro could not deal with PDFs 1.1 really old version. I have Acrobat Pro on my pc and can only generate PDFs back to 1.4.

Since the fourth and was then try all the settings and just make sure that everything works as it should, and all except for the fact that I can not manually turn off 3G because there is no tab 'band' on the phone settings. Instead of the tab the band, I have a PIN tab. So my phone settings look like this: Services - network PIN/PIN2 (where the tab strip should be) - ALS - Beacon - more. I looked for a tab of broadband everywhere on this phone, but it is not a.

  So, yesterday I used the support chat and your representative told me to return the phone and get another. I'm not in the USA is something I would do only if all else fails. However, I was doing some research in other forums online and found out that I'm not the only one with this problem and everyone with this problem has a Treo Pro unlocked with the software T850UNA - 1.02 - NAE and firmware 1.65.29.45. So, now I'm afraid to return the phone and then get a new one with the same firmware and the same issue. I need to make a decision as soon as POSSIBLE and really need to know if an older version of the firmware can be installed or if something can be done to solve this problem, like being able to manually enable 3G and it is a MUST for me and everyone I know can do it easily on their devices. I really don't want to have to return the phone, which to me means posting to another country and everything works perfectly, but I need to have a group tab! Please help me!

  Well to give you an update, I already solved the problem by installing BandSwitch. I still wish the phone has the tab 'band', but as long as BandSwitch works so it's good for me, especially considering everything there on the phone works perfectly.

  The call screen is locked by default if you do not accidentally select options with your face.

  According to the following thread you can (1) unlock the screen during the call by pressing the central button and (2) through the default settings locked to unlocked.
