  You can try to Uninstall and reinstall Flash. If the problem persists you can also temporarily disable Flash in (Alt + T) Tools > Addons > Plugins and try the HTML5 videos wherever possible.   I found out what the real problem is - Tablet/charger is fine. This is the socket.   Conference 1 IncomingMultisiteCall Mode: enable
