I bought the sequel to Production a bit backward and decided to move to a subscription. He had in the last three months, but never thought about updating my software. I tried to update my software today but he continued to come up with an error message in the application manager. I contacted a representative of adobe and it told me to update my software that I have to uninstall and reinstall the rest of all of the output so that it is as a software subscription version and not to my old series. I uninstalled all my adobe products and now when I enter the Application Manager he just said "up to date", so I can't reinstall even anything. When I deleted the software, I did indeed uninstall it, delete not only the icons. I emptied the Recycle Bin to permanently remove the files.
