Update Acer with Windows 7 compatibility issues

I have an Acer laptop. This is Acer Aspire 5349-2592. I get an error message saying I don't have compatibility issues and update Acer with Windows 7. This error message appears everytime I turn on my laptop. What should I do to solve this error?
