  They are different products, although the profile systems use the C20 his codec, they might have different options available to them than a C20 basis.  It is therefore preferable to use the device that corresponds to what you have.

  I have a C20 with an old TC4.0.3.x of output, I would like to upgrade to a later version to be able to do H323/SIP calls with an alias in front of the IP address with direct connection (no keeper). For example: [email protected] / * /. My understanding of this version TC4.0.3.x does not allow this type of call.

  I noticed that almost every time I start my computer and open every night I get a popup to download to download the codec OpenH264 by Cisco.   Thanks to Pierre in customer support, we now have a solution for this.  The User Guide for the database management (page 28) has a way of creating a progressive input signal to a program that will update web visitor info cross-object of the contact record.  My program is running and works perfectly!
