Update for Vista problems

Hello, I have a Toshiba Satellite A215-S7414 laptop computer and I have a problem with updates: security update for Windows Vista (KB956572), of the security update for Windows Vista (KB959426), update security for Microsoft Office System 2007 (KB60003), a security update for Microsoft Office Excel 2003 (KB959995), security update Cumulative for Internet Explorer 7 for Windows Vista (KB963027) whenever I finish the update and restart the computer, I can't get on the Internet until I remove the updates.

You can install all the update mentioned above except "security update Cumulative for Internet Explorer 7 for Windows Vista (KB963027),"as it is have experienced the problems 'connection refused'. Please follow the instructions below after you install the hotfix KB963027, to solve the problems of the internet;

Method 1: Use a unique host name for all variants of the IPv6 addresses to do this, follow these steps:

  1. In Notepad, open the following file:

    %systemroot%\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
  2. Type the following entry for each IPv6 address to use:
  3. Save and then close the host file.
  4. In the registry, specify each host name that you typed in step 2. To do this, follow these steps:
    1. Click Start, click run, type regedit, and then click OK.
    2. Locate and then click the following subkey:
      HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa\MSV1_0
    3. Right-click MSV1_0, point to new, and then click multi-string value.
    4. Type BackConnectionHostNames, and then press ENTER.
    5. Right-click BackConnectionHostNames, and then click change.
    6. In the value data box, type the host name or host names for sites that are on the local computer, and then click OK.
    7. Exit the registry editor and restart the computer.

Method 2: Use the alias of different host name for all the different variants of the IPv6 addresses to do this, follow these steps:

  1. In Notepad, open the following file:

  2. Type the following entries for each IPv6 address to use:
    IPv6Address1 hostnameAlias1
    IPv6Address2 hostnameAlias2
  3. Save and then close the host file.
  4. In the registry, specify each host name that you typed in step 2. To do this, follow these steps:

    2. Locate and then click the following subkey:
      HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa\MSV1_0
