  I'm working on a 3. Edition of a book and during playback, it has been noted that I had misrepresented a number of formulas. I was a little scared and surprised, there are many formulas in the book, and I had not touched them when editing - changes have been made elsewhere in the book.

  I checked my InDesign document and was surprised to see the next note that the first image is an image in 'normal' mode, the second is a view "HQ" to the formula as in InDesign CC 2015 and the third is a dump of the pdf of the previous edition of the book, with InDesign update in may 2014.

  The eps with the forms file has not been changed in the meantime. This is an eps file (attached) described. When opening in Illustrator CC 2015, it looks like the view from HQ below, in Illustrator CS6, it looks like at the lower part one - that's the way it is supposed to look like.

  

  The issue has been resolved as such, I reinstalled an oldie, InDesign CS6, and then the files eps and formulas all looked at as they were supposed to, but its sad that I have to have both the new and old version of InDesign and Illustrator installed. Can anyone tell med why this problem occurs?

  You may not use EPS in modern times. Convert them to PDF or leave them in PDF format.

  If someone has a problem with EPS it is now very probably due to fonts not embedded, so I recommend you to convert them to PDF via Distiller and embed fonts.

  Be aware that more and more problems appear when someone uses T1 fonts. So, it is also best to avoid.

  Nothing more early CC is supported under El Capitan. Printing is your only way out is something that you should be grateful.

  Export a PDF file and print from Acrobat.

• CC think Muse CC 2014 is "up-to-date", but it is NOT installed. What can I do?

  I was on the team of the beta version of Muse. I think that CC has somehow Muse CC 2014 confused with the beta version of Muse. The app said it was Muse CC 2014, but the Welcome screen was still all Prerelease NDA, which was, well, WEIRD stuff.

  So I uninstalled the beta version of Muse.

  Now CC said that muse CC 2014 is "informed." But it does not exist on my system.

  I opened a cat and went to Abdaidulla, which, after about 25 minutes, hit me up to Fox, but Fox has been disabled - no one has been able to help me. The cat lost 55 minutes. They could not solve the problem and finally gave up and gave me an 800 number that I called him, but he seems to be the line of SALE from Adobe, and they are closed anyway. I'll call them tomorrow.

  During the discussion, Remy had executed Muse CC c. 7.4.30 of may of this year (not CC 2014). It has a dialog box saying there is an update of Muse, but when I click it, it simply works CC, which tells me that Muse CC 2014 is "already up-to-date." So, it does nothing. GRRR!

  Is there something I can do tonight to reset what falsely think CC is a finished installation? Like a preferences file, or something?

  Are you on a Mac?

  Try to use spotlight to search for "uninstall muse of adobe" to join an uninstall file that, for some reason, is not available in the normal way. You should then be able to install normally.

  Hello, I have Acrobat Standard XI and the following question.

  I can't delete files PDF, as the system continues to tell me that they are open in the other program... Of course they aren't! Tried to restart windows, but it did not work, I tried to reinstall acrobat and it did not work.

  How are you trying to remove: from Windows Explorer?  Have you seen active thumbnail?  Can remove you them if you switch the view from Windows Explorer to the details?

  Please clarify what you mean by

  1. "I fixed it in the installation program."  You hear that you set the system clock in the BIOS configuration utility?

  2. "it remains not fixed."  Do you mean that the time goes when you turn off the computer, or while it is running?

  If you mean that when you turn the computer off and then on again, the time is more correct, then your RTC battery (aka battery CMOS or BIOS battery) must be replaced.  This should be neither difficult nor expensive on a tower computer, which is what most of the PowerSpec computers are (provide your model number for more details).

  I noticed that many people have the same problem with my computer when their computer/laptop has an AMD/ATI video card. Here's all I did and I got now work stations facing up and running for a week without any apparent problem

  1 back up your Virtual Machines a safe place and uninstall the workstation

  2 uninstall the AMD/ATI drivers

  3 reinstall the drivers

  4 reinstall the workstation

  5 follow the instructions below exactly to make a registry change

  a. Open regedit.exe and backup the registry, if you don't know how just google it is incredibly easy to make and the instructions are abundant so I don't post them here.

  b. open Notepad and enter the following text, make sure it is correct that the registry change can be risky, but if you enter the text exactly as it is below, you shouldn't have any problems because I have none. I take no responsibility if you have errors after this regedit so do at your own risk. Be sure and enter all the notebook INSTRUCTIONS below. DO NOT WRITE THE INSTRUCTIONS IN NOTEPAD IN YOUR NOTEPAD FILE. Everything below.

All the processors on the list are old, but I'm not enough of a tekkie to read between the lines and determine what more recent processors willl be supported.   you need a 64-bit (win or mac) operating system.  any win or mac with a 64-bit operating system computer will be a compatible processor.

Uninstall and reinstall do not work. Is on the phone with Adobe 5 times since that happened on June 18. Probalby spent 5 hours on the phone with 4 different tech. I'm waiting for a recall, but the guy Adobe told me that it will be 2 days. Other engine have this same problem... everything is resolved? Help!

  I found a solution on a post in the forum.

  Installation of creative application Cloud Desktop caused my PS CS6 and applications of Cloud Photoshop CC go error 16. After trying just about everything, open the Terminal and type:

  sudo chmod-r 777 library/Application\ Support / Adobe

  instantly solves the problem.

  It worked for me also! After 8 days and 7 hours on the phone with Adobe, it worked. And no thanks Adobe... the tech support people 'high' of my case, but continued in havingme circles try the same thing with the same results: error 16. I was promised a call back 3 times and NEVER RECEIVED a reminder. I used to think strongly about Adobe and I look forward to the new release... no more. It is aggravating and costly for a professional designer go 8 days without being able to use the software, that we rely on. Kudo forum for suggesting a solution that works. Boo to Adobe for not to do so.

  Subscription plans are your least expensive option on an annual basis, but do not continue to pay each year in order to continue using them.  The alternative is to buy CS6 which is much more costly in terms of what you pay in the year (day).,... almost all of the costs.
