  Updates do not settle due to several reasons, we can try to interfere or if the download is incomplete, damaged installing Office security software etc.
   
  Method 1:
  Try to install the updates one at a time and check the result.
  If it fails, perform a repair of Microsoft Office 2003, and then try to install.

  Palm, used to have an update for Outlook 2007 (I guess that's what you're referring as Office7).  Check the support pages for your device.

  Suffice it to say Palm Desktop to sync with Outlook and see what happens!  On your PC:

  So, as you can see the GET from the computer to the correct IP address for any domain using nslookup, but trying to ping or access any domain name instantly fails. :(

  Tried to run winsockxpfix, but that made no difference.

  Also, I tried using the service DNS, open dns but same problem.

  The computer is connected to my knowledge as work network. 7 other computers and two xbox 360 s on the network even get very well correct dns data. So it's fair to this computer.

  Even tried to install BIND 9 on the PC and the same problem. :(

  I fixed it by managing to install SP3. Just so install SP3 for XP fixed the problem. : D

  Jacquespots you receive specific error messages?  You can use solution 3 in Troubleshoot Adobe Download Wizard to reset the download experience.  You should have the possibility to choose the download location.  By default, this option is the download contained in your user directory folder.  I would recommend using the default value.

  Once the installation files are downloaded, you can then install the application in the files of applications/Program Files / program (x 86).

  Thank you very much for your reply, I use windows 8.1! I found the problem: to install the new version installation needs the program old installation (but I have remove all the installer, because they use a place a lot on hard drive (SSD)).

  I have uninstall all Adobe and reinstalled, I save the full installer on an external drive. When the installer asked the former installer I indicate to programm my drive external and everything works fine now.
