  I have a cluster called "Inputs" that has a bunch of data within all kinds of data types.

  I have several loops in the code I want each of them to update a specific element within the cluster.

  I have to get the cluster use this Bundle by name on the specific item and then rewrite in the cluster.

  This way I have racing conditions because two loops can 'be' the cluster at the same time, but when they rewrite a wiil overwrites the other.

  How can I avoid these race conditions?

  I am familiar with Globals functional if it is connected to a possible solution (I have the feeling that it is..)

  I still think that my suggestion to use the value of data references would be easier. The structure of the International preliminary examination will block the concurrent access to the data cluster: no race condition.

  We do not recommend to disable the Windows Update service.

  However, you can try following step below:

  Today, I wrote a recursive VI (my first!) which updates the items between groups where clusters named elements in common.

  Background: I have a test architecture I am developing where each step-test configuration, a cluster is stored in a file. If the cluster configuration changes for a test, I would like to be able to load the old values of configuration for the new test. Usually this group will be the same, but it can have new items or items that have been deleted.

  The VI is based on certain functions varying OpenG. The challenge here was to deal with nested groups, and it has been managed by recursion. The VI has shared value clone reentrancy and data of cluster in the main cluster types are managed in a call environment in VI. It's an elegant solution!

  I'd like some comments on this code: are there ways it could be improved? The corner cases, I have not covered?

• How can I update the netstat command to add the f parameter

  Windows XP Pro Version 2002 Service Pack 3 is installed on my computer. The netstat.exe inside command has no parameter or the f switch. How can I upgrade to level or update of netstat.exe to include the parameter 'f' The list of command parameters jumps from 'e' parameter to the parameter "n".

  The netstat f parameter is only supported in Vista and Windows 7.

  I guess you use VUM since you used the term remedy.  If so, and you have a fully automated installation DRS, decontaminate the cluster.  The first host ESX will migrate all customers to host another host, enter maintenance mode, get patched, reboot and exit maintenance mode.  The process will be the same for the second host.

  Hi guys,.

  My application gets the data and then returns it in a table that is updated after each set of data is read. This part works fine, however I also require the user to be able to hold down one of the two buttons to control the function of an actuator control (forward and backward). Explain it further, when one of these buttons are pressed a voltage is output, releasing the tension is reset. However, the key is held down the table does not continue to date, when the button is released the table then updates through all the values in the queue. I understand that this is most likely a problem with holding the button causing the other user interface events are not processed. I therefore tried to use ProcessSystemEvents(), ProcessDrawEvents(), and experiments using an async timer to control the update of the UI through PostDeferredCallback(), all this without success.

  If anyone can help with a solution that would allow me to run both of these functions required at the same time it would be greatly appreciated!

  It is easy, but you must first find the update.  Different versions of the Adobe Reader software installed on different locations; also, there are different versions.

  On the computer I am currently using, it is located in program files Files\Adobe\Updater5 - so I have to run as

  "%programfiles%\Common Files\Adobe\Updater5\AdobeUpdater.exe"

  My question is more on "good practices" that really solve a problem.

  I use FIFO to send images and other data from a producer to a consumer.

  I created a cluster which includes all the data that must be sent through the FIFO.

  My question is: can I create a new cluster to each loop of the producer and put this cluster in the FIFO or should I set a shift and then register and update the data of this fallen registry change by sending in the FIFO?

  Below you will find two screenshots that sums up the idea (NB: these aren't the real VI.) We come here to show the general idea).

  If there is a difference (in the way that the computer uses memory for example, or something else...) between these two methods of programming, you will give me some details so that I can understand why to use one over the other, please?

  I think that there is very little difference in terms of performance (perhaps the registry approach change is slower than sliiightly - but probably not noticeable in most cases).

  The main reason you want to use the shift register approach is that if you update only certain values before sending the data in the queue, those that would be lost if you created a new cluster each time. For example, if 'Directories' was constant, you could just power/updating that once the value to the registry to shift and just update the part "ImageAcquired" of the cluster before you send it in the queue. This also means that if you update your cluster to have more elements (using a type-def, of course), you can be less worried about having to update the individual elements.

  I think it is less a problem of performance (both are valid and effective) and more a matter of maintainability and flexibility.

  I create an executable whose purpose and to make the creation of a winPE bootable USB key easier.

  To create the key, I need to run multiple commands with the systemexec.vi. Many of these commands take ages at the end so I need to know whether or not the command is still in progress.

  What would be great is to have a live update from the command prompt. I guess there should be a way to insert the command line in a secondary or other container?

  Try to redirect the standard output to a file, as in this example:

  ping 192.168.0.46 > out.txt

  If your utility supports redirection, you can read the contents of the file at any time.

  Be careful to choose a working directory where your username has write permissions.

• [AllObjects] cluster does not match the cluster command?

  I have a control group of string for which I'm looking to get the labels for each of the individual channels.  My goal, as part of a larger project, is to pass differently labelled strings but same size cluster in this sub - VI and then write the labels string & text in a file.  However, the index of the references in the [property] AllObjects coincide with the command I gave the cluster stands... why?  If this isn't the case, of the order of the cluster objects, how is the order of [] AllObjects calculated?

  Is there maybe a property that I am on that can match the elements of allObjects, go back to them within the cluster?

  Or any other suggestions to get the labels of controls within the cluster while maintaining the same command as the cluster?

  You use the Controls property of [] of the class Cluster for the commands in the order in which cluster. I don't know what order the AllObjs [] property returns... maybe the order in which they were dropped at the outset? The reason why there are two properties is because [AllObjs] would include also all the decorations inside the cluster.

• Update Server ESXi 4 Update 1 in a HA cluster with Update Manager

  I have currently a node two, HA on VSphere 4 cluster each host running ESXi 4. I want to update ESXi 4 Update 1 by using Update Manager. My question is, I'd do one host at a time to ensure that the guests stay up? The update to ESXi 4 update 1 requires even the hosts restart? I still have an option to update only one host at a time?

  I just want to know if there is a way to update the two nodes in the cluster without interruption of the comments.

  You can do the remidiation at the level of the cluster by using Update Manager

  in your case, Manager Update wll start theremidation the first host and repeat the failure of the virtual machine on a second host (hope you have activated the DRS for the VMotion). Once the restoration is complete and host will start, it will do VMotion to improved host and continue sanitation on the second host.

  Update Manager also supports remidiating each host in the cluster.

  I know how to upgrade in the mxi file, but I don't see anywhere in the command line controls the update in silent mode.

  If you mean what follows, there is no way to update via command line.

  Do you mean add "update" file mxi and setuping upward of "update of xml information" on the Web site so that EM would be check/update extension automatically at the launch of the MA? If so, there is no way to update via command line.
