  There is a problem with distinction uppercase / lowercase letters in the file to the library path. The partition of my drive has file names enabled, case-sensitive which is no doubt why it does not affect everyone.

  dyld is trying to load "@executable_path /... / Frameworks/asneu.framework/versions/a/asneu'." The actual path on the disk is ' / Applications/Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 5.app/Contents/Frameworks/asneu.framework/Versions/A/asneu.

  By renaming the 'Versions' directories 'versions' and 'A' and 'a', Lightroom was able to run. I did not test, so there could be other problems of case sensitivity.

  Hey all,.

  I was directed here after posting on Reddit help, to make sure someone sees what I believe to be a bug particularly nasty in first 2015.3.  Basically, one of my two computers edition is totally incapable of managing projects in 2015.3.  I'll copy / paste from my previous post for ease, but I'll answer as many questions as I can:

  First refuses to properly view my media. Excerpts are appearing in the source monitor, sequence, the program monitor and my bins, as nothing more than solid, white red blends. This problem did not appear on my school laptop, also running 2015.3. On this point, I was able to edit the project successfully to the end with any of these issues.

  To resolve this problem, I tried hosting files on a local hard drive. I tried their hosting on our network drives (which is where they were welcomed when the laptop which still once, handled very well). I cleared my cache of media within the first. I cleared my cache manually in Windows. I have disabled hardware acceleration. I deleted from my hard drive and reinstalled Windows, and again, my main computer is borked on this project, while the laptop, running the same exact files to the exact location of same network with the same exact version of the first, is very well.  I even recovered files to my SD cards and moved in a drive completely different, to see if the problem persists, and he did.

  The problem seems to occur at various clips, randomly, at each reboot first.  But again, everything on my computer secondary edition, also running 2015.3, using the same files, hosted on the same network drive, works very well.  After Effects can handle the files.  Adobe Media Encoder transcode the files fine, although this isn't a regular part of my job.  The files of play very well under Windows.

  More interesting still, I returned to my most recent project in 2015.2 on my computer concerned and opened in 2015.3.  Many media files knew forever, redded out, pending question, even if the project is completed successfully on this computer without incident a week, running 2015.2.

  I guess for now, I have to go back to 2015.2 on all my workstations, but I wanted to have this problem, because I am confident enough at this stage, I'm dealing with a bug.

• Thumbnails that use RAM in the first (2015.3)

  Hi, we had a problem with first (2015.3) using the RAM on PC. Whenever we display media thumbnails, first sucks all the RAM until Windows crashes (we can monitor it via Task Manager). This also happens when you link to the media and it consistent. The only work around we have found is to view the media as a list instead of thumbnails when linking to the media.  I put the max RAM for first allocation in the preferences of the memory, but it seems to make no difference. We run on Windows 10 with 16 GB of RAM installed? It's a strange question that seems to be going through all of our machines (which are still configured). Someone else has this problem? We suspect that this is a bug with the latest version of first? Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

  Please write a bug report on it, listing exactly the question & how it goes and of course that you encounter it on several machines in your office.

  It seems a stupid thing both because they do NOT meet the filing of reports, but... it's the only way to ensure you get the information that you experience a bug and what is the management team. It is in the application forms tabulated bug/feature that they decide to engineer time budgeting and priorities.

  And Yes, clearly pose with memory leaks in 2015.4 across both Mac and at least Win10 version. I'm on Win7 and with not problems... touch wood... but do not know whether or not it is related to the operating system.

  I've just updated for first CC 2015.3 on my system running on Windows 7, 32 GB of RAM, quad-xeons double...

  Seemed like a good idea...  Now, the sound stutters and drop frames.

  I have a multi-boot system, so I just loaded Adobe CC on my boot Windows 10.
  Always first 2015.3 does not play correctly and stutters.
  Has created a new project-sequence and placed an MP3 on the timeline without any video. Looks a sort of boat engine during playback and the visuals on the counters still indicate stuttering as well.

  Anyone else having this problem after the update?
  How can I get my 2015.2 or whatever I had on my system?  There is no menu drop down more on install to install an older version [other sites showed a fall to the bottom of the box where you can install the CC 2014 version but I have yet to see it]

  After some troubleshooting I've narrowed the issue until this CC first 2015.3 don't like my graphics card, a SoundBlaster Z and its parameters.  2015.2 worked fine, but now the sound stutters and playback is extremely agitated turn upgrade.

  For this project, I am just finishing, I'll use, of all things, the HDMI sound goes to my computer screen.  The Nvidia graphics card I do not mind reading.  I'll tinker later and see if I can find a permanent solution...

  None of these machines are connected through Sync or something like that. The Firefox instance on the virtual machine is a fresh install / clean.

  The problem:
  -100% of cpu usage for 10 seconds, (util in XP) memory usage goes up to 1.7 GB
  -If "subject: House" is actually the Firefox Start Page, it blocks the computer at startup of Firefox for 10 seconds
  -If "subject: House" isn't the Firefox Start Page, startup is fine - BUT if I press the "home" on the toolbar button it loads "on: House" which causes the same question once again

  Sounds that there is a problem with one of the code snippets that are responsible. I've seen several reports on this issue.

  You can set the browser.aboutHomeSnippets.updateUrl pref an empty string on the subject: the page of config to disable loading (new) checked to see if that helps.

• First 2015.4 CC crashing when you choose h.264

  Let me start from the beginning; I had updated my video card had a weird problem with it when the screen remained black, but I finally got things and run again. At edit a project and I noticed that when I imported the video, it came with no sound in the monitor of the timeline and source even if the video has played very well outside the first. Could not understand why, happening so I decided to upgrade from the first, thinking that it might be a bug has been fixed. After the update, I started a new project and one of the imported clips and finally, they played very well. So I opened the previous project, in the immediate future, first 2015.4 and all loading upward, but all the videos of the project were gray in the project window and when you click on will present media in the meantime but there was no consistent going on at all. Since all played very well apart from the videos, I thought it must be a problem because of the upgrade, so I deleted the videos, re-imported and places them how I wanted that they worked. Now when I go to export, when I change my AVI to h.264 format, the program hangs and then crashes. I tried the things:

  1 clean the media cache

  2. change the project settings to use the software only

  3. Uninstall and reinstall first

  4. restoration of the video card driver

  5 reset

  Sill no luck. I checked the event viewer, and it showed that ntdll.dll has been involved in accidents. My PC specs are:

  CPU: i7 3820 (8 cores) running at 3.8 Ghz

  Motherboard: Gigabyte LGA-2011

  Memory: 28GB

  GPU: GigaByte GTX 650 Ti (pilot: 372.54 latest Version)

  PP Version: PP CC 2015.3 (although he said the responsibility of project: 2015.4)

  OS: Windows 10 x 64

  Disk: 1 TB HARD drive

  Would have thought I would collect some support here, don't think. Anyway, I solved my problem. Retired on 2015.3/4 in 2015 again and made a manual of the media folder cache files (which I thought was empty since I clicked on media clean cache from the program, but was not), has also done sfc scan and saw that iccvid.dll has been corrupted, replaced one but also re-download and install a codec pack. So now, at least for this first version it's in the form of work.

  It's pretty weird. Adobe Upadater shows me that he updated for first 2015.3. When I look for the program folder, the folder name is 2015.3 as well. When I run the application, the start screen displays 2015.4. Then the splash screen disappears and nothing happens.

After the upgrade to the first 2015.3 decided not to move the audio in MOV files. I installed Quicktime. And as said before everything worked fine in the previous version of first. I tried to use Media encoder to change the type of file, but it doesn't recognize too much audio in MOV files. What gives Adobe?

  HOWEVER... the program uninstall on the link to the OS X version 10.6 and is a link broken on the Adobe support page (actually, so is version 10.4 too). You get this message:

  To download the uninstall program doesn't seem to be an option at this point. I tried to run the updater of alternative direct download Adobe and via the preferences of OS x for Flash panel. That's what I see:

  

  Now, notice that the plugin PPAPI is the latest version, but isn't the NPAPI plugin.  Hit the button check the NPAPI now demand a new version to download. Then it downloads the plug-in, but using the latest installer it downloads never updates the NPAPI plugin to a superior version in the preferences window.

  But I don't know if this is a bug or if someone from Adobe is fooling around... because the version is always 10.4.0 (i.e. 2015.3) and himself installed in a folder called 2015.3.
