Update of the trial to purchased
Should I uninstall my 11 elements/Trial Version before installing my purchase? I think probably useless to but thought I would ask.
You should not have uninstall the trial. You should be able to use the serial number of your purchase to activate the trial version.

When you launch the software, it should encourage them to enter the license key.
Otherwise go to the 'Help' menu and select 'enable '. now, enter the serial number when prompted.

The Adobe Creative cloud teamTrial of Fireworks does not work and there is no link for 'Refresh '. Dreamweaver and Fireworks are all I care. I used to have a full version of Fireworks from 3 Fireworks and improved that a time or two. After moving from Texas to California, then back to Texas, I lost the paperwork that I had on my purchases, my email address that I used then changed several times. I really don't like to pay $50 a month for access to ALL CC applications. I'm only looking to have Dreamweaver and Fireworks. I would like to try the new version of fireworks at the moment a little longer before making a decision to put money down. Is it possible to make it work?

Have you considered to build this in your application?
- Setting up a digital good representative "buy" as the user can buy to unlock all the features of your application.
- Record a timestamp in memory when the user installs or opens the first app.
- If 'buy' digital has been purchasing, always check at the start of the application. If it's not, and if the timestamp is greater than X length of time (e.g. 5 days or 1 month), then display a prompt asking you to buy access to the rest of the content.

Update CC returns to the trial (academic license)
I use Creative cloud on a computer belonging to University, through contract Adobe Campus.
After a problem with Illustrator, I decided to check the updates resolve the problem, I performed an update through creative cloud and although he handled the issue, Illustrator is in trial Mode now.
What should I do now? Uninstall/reinstall via the package provided by my institution? How are we supposed to get support for these products if updates are not available.

Higher Ed purchase of CS6 returned to the trial version; Serial number "invalid."
My college offer faculty the opportunity to purchase the software Creative Suite 6 to use at home. I paid the fees (at my college) and my IT Department 'allowed me' Journey Ed, who put me upward with a download password link and an activation code for the software. It was almost a year (Oct 2014). All right.
But only four days (4 September), all my applications Adobe spent in "trial versions" and when I try to activate the software with the activation key, he says that it is not valid.
