  I'm less than 2 weeks in my DW of the trial and I had to restore my computer (PC) due to a software conflict.  I went to re - install the creative cloud Desktop App and it will start downloading and then just disappears... I have no problem the first time around. I tried to restart my computer, turn off the firewall, etc. Did the same thing. Help, please. I would like to end my trial.

  Temporarily disable the firewall.

  Step 1:

  Open the c: drive and navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86)------\Adobe " common files".

  Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named Adobe Application Manager and OOBE.
  

  Step 2:

  Navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe.

  Open Adobe file and if present the file to remove Adobe Creative Cloud . [* important]

  Impossible to remove? Rename it to Adobe Creative Cloud centenarians.

  Step 3:

  Press Windows button (located between Ctrl and Alt buttons) with the key R together at once, you will get a command window.

  Type below command and press the enter"" key.

  AppData

  Then go to the Local > Adobe.

  Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named AAMUpdater and OOBE.

  Step 4:

  Make sure that Adobe Creative Cloud is not listed in the control panel > programs and features. list. If you use the Adobe Cleaner CC Uninstaller tool.

  If not in the list, then download and install the Adobe Creative Cloud application and check.

  I'm another user to test Acrobat Pro and my experience is the same: properly, I downloaded the installation package to test Acrobat Pro, through the designated Adobe download and I have worked since Acrobat while connected, and I'm too showed a paywall for services that are supposed to be included in the long Acrobat Pro trial.

  Browsing the forum I see several others meeting this same contradiction in the terms of the offer. People respond to assume that the fair trial users did not understand the proper procedures.

  No, the problem lies in the Adobe account management system. People do not get the neck of the trial they have subscribed.

  Adobe should drop its presumption of infallibility and look at the trouble reports rather than automatically assume people reporting problems are wrong.

  That Adobe really needs to do, is offer a direct e-mail or telephone technical support, instead of erecting a ruse of a system of 'support' that only people shunts in a user forum.

  Instead of their responsibilities in the service of their own software, Adobe is fobbing this task offshore on the customer.

  In addition, with the new quick release cycle, the update process has changed. For example, the firefox 8 which was released several months ago is the same 8 Firefox there today. For some releases there maybe an update minor to fix one or two issues, but usually known bugs has waited until the next version which will be fixed. (Example, if a bug was in Firefox 5, it was not set up to 6, etc..). So unlike before, when you could run Firefox 3.5.x for looking after 3.6 was released, and the old version have always updated, this story has changed now.

  There is a downgrade of Firefox 3.6, which was left to the organizations until we found a strategy to support. Something that you might be interested in is the Extended Support Release of Firefox. At present, it is based on firefox 10 and you will receive minor updates for a year, then is upgraded to a version not (for example, next year it will probably be Firefox 17) If you want something that isn't to change that but always has the most recent security patches.

  In fact, I bought the PS3 initially and improved my way up to ps5.  same thing with lightroom.

  I don't know about PS versions you mention since those who are very old and I know of no download available for them... If you mean PS CS5 then there's available downloads.

  Should I uninstall my 11 elements/Trial Version before installing my purchase? I think probably useless to but thought I would ask.

  You should not have uninstall the trial.  You should be able to use the serial number of your purchase to activate the trial version.
