  You can delete this folder to cancel the download.

  As you are able to boot to the desktop in Mode safe, it means that the third-party application prevents the computer from starting in normal mode.   It didn't reinstall the ATL update, it reinstalled 2005 Redistributable. So now, I have 2005 and 2010 x 86 both. And it says that two dates installiation are two days after I installed the 2010.
