Update on the future of the administration

So, my company is looking at the future of his company. We use still Director for our high-end market, but we will use in the future?

We know almost NOTHING for the future of the Director does not make a comfortable option. In fact, if nothing happens soon, Director will be OUT!

Adobe may have a lot on his hands, but we need to know something. Yes, I have read the statement on the second half of 2007, but it used to be the first half of 2007... who says that he will not be upward for the first half of 2008?

And more importantly, where is this upgrade for a long time? I could use some graphics accelerated hardware for example.
What can we expect from this product?

Hey, adobe, please give us some information on that. I'm getting really nervous here...

Hi Dean,

Thanks for pointing me to the finger this post... I missed it.

Seems to be good news.

Is it possible to automatically hide or ignore all future updates for Windows Mail Junk e-mail filter?

I don't have, and never plan to use Windows Mail, and I'm not sure that I could never be convinced that I should, someday.

Original title: How can I, as an administrator, turn on automatic updates, whenever I try, I get an error message saying that automatic updates has been disabled by the administrator.  I didn't do it, then?

    Question stands as is.

    Hello

    1. have you made any changes to the computer before the show?

    2. What antivirus application is installed on the computer?

    3. What are the different user accounts on the computer?

This problem occurs if Windows Update has been disabled by one of the following settings:

    · Group Policy

    · System policy
    · Registry

I suggest you follow these methods and check.

Method 1: Perform the clean boot and try to install the updates.

To do this, follow the steps in this link:

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/310353

NOTE: Once you check the functionality, follow the suggestions under steps to configure Windows to use a Normal startup state.

Method 2: Try to turn on the auto update by following the steps in the link below.

Method 3: Turn off the antivirus application and try to download the updates and check.

Note: Antivirus software can help protect your computer against viruses and other security threats. In most cases, you should not disable your antivirus software. If you need to disable temporarily to install other software, you must reactivate as soon as you are finished. If you are connected to the Internet or a network, while your antivirus software is disabled, your computer is vulnerable to attacks.

Method 4: Perform a full scan of the computer using the following antivirus applications.

    Microsoft Safety Scanner: http://www.microsoft.com/security/scanner/en-us/default.aspx

    Malicious software removal tool: http://www.microsoft.com/security/pc-security/malware-removal.aspx

Note: The data files that are infected must be cleaned only by removing the file completely, which means that there is a risk of data loss.

    I hope this helps!

  • I forgot the administrator password using acer bio cant update

I forgot the password for the administrator is unable to update or use the scan

What to do if you forget your Windows password

If you have forgotten your Windows password and you are on a domain, you must contact your system administrator to reset your password. If you are not on a domain, you can reset your password by using a reset disk of password or by using an administrator account.

If you forget the administrator password, and you do not have a password reset disk or another administrator account, you will not be able to reset the password. If there is no other user account on the computer, you will not be able to connect to Windows and you will need to re - install Windows.

As I understood it, you experience the problem, you cannot change the automatic updates even if you are logged on as an administrator user account. The option is grayed out on the system.

    Certainly, I understand your concern.

I would suggest trying the following steps and check if that helps.

    1. Open the editor of the register of the command RUN by typing "regedit" and click OK.
    2. In the tree on the left, open following files-online HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate.
    3. Remove the automatic "Update" folder This will remove all previous settings for automatic update.
    4. Open the automatic update of the control panel and option as usual.
    5. If automatic update is always gray, type the command "gpupdate/force" RUN and click OK or restart the operating system.

    Hello

It's kind of a late response, but I hope it will be useful...

Uninstalling Windows Update KB2871389 and then put it back solves the problem for most people who have tried.

You can uninstall it by going to programs and features and by clicking on "View installed updates" at the top to the left. You will need to scroll the list to find it. Then right-click on it to get the option uninstall.

You can also disable or preferably uninstall security 3rd party programs...

  • "Updates have been removed by the administrator" by accident

We built silent installers for our CS6, programs, deployed the software, but when admins try to connect and install the updates manually, they get a message saying

    Update failed

    Updates cannot be applied

Please contact your administrator if you want to apply updates on your machine.  Updates have been removed by the administrator.

When we built with Adobe Application Manager Enterprise Edition silent installation programs, we chose an option of updates, but of course we chose the wrong, because we didn't want nonetheless prompting non-admin users on the installation of updates, don't not admins of their installation.

  • My Mac has said that I don't have permissions to update... see the administrator. I am the administrator and I have no idea what to do.

My Firefox is set to automatic update, but not because of the above message. I don't know what else I can give you. I took a snpshot of the message, but it won't paste it here for you to see.

If he has problems with the update or the permissions then simpler is to download the full version and trash the version currently installed to do a clean install of the new version.

Download a new copy of the Firefox program and save the file on the desktop disk image (dmg)

    • Trash the present application Firefox to do a clean (re-) install
    • Install the new version you downloaded

Your profile data is stored in the Firefox profile folder, so you will not lose your bookmarks and other personal data.

  • AT300-105: anyone read more updates in the future?

    Dear friends,

No one knows if we never any form of update for AT300-105, which is currently blocked in 4.0.3.05. ?

I ask this because my company has recently introduced the BYOD notion and we use our own devices to access Exchange (mail, calendar, tasks) and other things.

The native email client for Android on this version is full of bugs (at least one is that there is no way to actually send an email and forums Android is full of similar complaints).
Needless to say, it works other devices I've tried.

So the question is whether we get the update, since it was, by no means, the cheep device, which means that I expected a lot more of the author in the sense of support?

The second (if there is no update) is if there are a few stand-alone update for the native messaging service, because I really like the integration of calendar.

    See you soon,.

Theme of the update has already been discussed in this forum. It of not necessary to start new threads on the same topic. Discussions must be followed in the existing threads.
