  Hi Sirdavid 5.8.02 is the latest version for Sony PMB. Set memories home replaces the PMB software if you want to update.

  Anyone had success install PMB Portable on a Mac? I tried 3 times, including following the steps on the Sony support page and every time my Mac hang up and PMB Portable does not install. Any ideas?

  I solved my problem this way - not sure it would work for others. Here's what worked for me. I downloaded the update of PMB Portable (for Mac) of Sony, then closed PMBP file on the camera (Unlike Sony instructions), then started the installation of the update. This resulted in a prompt, I had not seen before. He said there was not enough space on the storage of the camera to install the update (which was probably due to the failure of previous attempts). He asked if I would like to delete the PC camera Windows version. I clicked 'Yes', and the rest went without a problem.

  given that you can't see in the programs of the next step as indicated in the link above is to reinstall the update only.

  I have a DSC-HX9V and I accidentally deleted the "PMB Portable" from my camera. I use a MacBook Pro and I've downloaded these versions of the site Sony PMB:

  Whenever I try to install/upgrade to level the PMB on the camera, it displays the following message:

  Free space "PMBPORTABLE" drive a beer. Remove unnecessary files and try again.
  Failed installation!

  If I try to put the files directly into the camera, the Finder displays the message that there is not enough free space.

  Please help me! I can't use PMB anymore because it works only directly from the camera.

  There are 4 internal records in the PMBFolder on the camera
  MACMODULE
  PMBP_Mac.app
  PRIVATE
  WINMODULE
  as well as 4 read only files
  Autorun
  PMBP
  PMBP_WIN
  and
  Register
  The only way to remove them is to access the folder and cut and paste or move the files in the internal folder. Delete is disabled for highlight if updated files, and the camera will not let you simply right click and delete the folder.

  If files have been deleted and not separately kept the only way to recover is to contact Technical Support.

  Once completed, it will be checked by having you connect your camera via USB to allow it.

  the two methods will install PMB on your Windows 7 computer.

• Vista DEP ends the process of upgrade of Sony Picture Motion Browser (PMB)

  I have a problem with Windows Vista Home Premium.  I am trying to upgrade my version of Sony Picture Motion Browser (PMB) to version 5.2 running the updated DownloadManager_1005c.exe utility, which was downloaded from the Sony website.  When I run this program, Windows Vista puts an end to the process by closing IE.  I first added to the DEP exception list download manager, it did not work.  Then I ran "bcdedit.exe/set {current} nx AlwaysOff" from the prompt order and received confirmation "Operation completed successfully".  I rebooted the computer and the Sony service program is represented.  Yet once Vista has completed the process.

  How can I solve this problem and update my software of Sony?

  I try to download the upgrade on your desktop directly from the Sony site (or wherever you want come in) and work around by using the Download Manager entirely.  Once saved to your desktop, right-click on the download and click on run as administrator and see if it successfullly upgrades your Sony software.  I suspect the Download Manager is a tool that is useful but not required to download or upgrade.

  Because you have executed this command, DEP must disable so it should not be the cause of this problem (if it is in the first place).  Remember when all this is done to reactivate.

  If the above does not work, I recommend you contact Sony Technical Support at:http://esupport.sony.com/US/perl/select-system.pl?DIRECTOR=CONTACT and see if they can provide assistance with this problem on their software - download manager, upgrade, or both.

• Since update 10.0.2 at 6s "trash all ' in the Inbox.

  Since I did the update (10.0.2) I can no longer just "trash all ' mail inbox (Verizon).  Because I get emails 300 + a day, I need to be able to empty my Inbox easily without deleting all of them individually.  It is very irritating and time consuming.

  Try to get itunes working to make a backup of my faulty iphone before repair.

  Go into the Contacts application and ensure that it uses the same account synchronization like the iPhone and other devices you may be using.

  Also check the part of the accounts of the Contacts application preferences and make sure that it's only using one account.

• Problem after update 10.0.2 iOS iPhone touchscreen

  After I have updated to iOS 10.0.2, I noticed a problem with the touch screen. Using the position of the image on the right side, near the corner, the toushscreen does not work.
  For example: when you use the keyboard, I can't type the letter 'P', have trouble typing BACKSPACE. Using the Contacts app, I can't scroll through using the alphabet bar.

• USB disabled after the update of the Sierra (a short circuit and a work)

  Hi, when I bought my mbp 13 inches mid2012 (used, not new) I noticed that a USB port did not work. In the Yosemite sometimes I noticed that a USB port consumed too much energy and have been disabled. (I think because the usb port has been short-circuited. Year when it was time to update the mbp to El Capitan I had a few panic the kernel and the newspaper was shown as the last driver loaded the USB driver, so I kept the mbp with Yosemite. A few days ago, I updated for Sierra but only usb which used to work stopped working. It has enabled and turned on but Finder and disk utility does not see the drive. In an Apple dealer they said that could be established relationships with some oxide and next week will take it and see what the problem is.

  If there is someone with the same problems, please tell me what to do! I don't want to put in the trash my mac just for a flash drive... but I need!

  Thank you for using communities of Apple Support. Based on what you said, it appears as a USB device is not recognized in one of the USB ports. There are a few things that can cause this. I recommend you read these articles, which may be able to help solve the problem.

• I can't go to my bookmarks after update for Sierra

  I have a MacBook Pro. I just updated this week to Sierra with no problems, but now when I click on multiple points in the upper left corner to reveal my favorites and my playlist only, it displays the top sites page and does not open my favorites and reading list, as it used to.

  Can someone tell me how to access my bookmarks and playlist in the Sierra? I'm sure it's something in the settings or something escapes me. My Bookmark Bar is the top of the page, yet. I can't find my bookmarks and reading list.
