  Forcing them to check for updates and it just idling constantly without answer.  I also tried to download optional updates that have been sitting there for some time without success.

  Since the last update 9.2, ALL our devices iPhone 5, iPhone 5, iPhone Ipad mini, and 6 are blocked trying to update their applications.
