  I use the BlackBerry Link software to transfer my information (for example, Contacts, calendar, etc.) that was on my 9900.  I am able to backup my data from my 9900 (step 2), but when I connect my Z10, it does not appear on the BB link (step 3).  I tried to pass the cords.  On the Z10, it says that my camera is connected to a computer, but I can't go further to move my data.   I use almost all types of BlackBerry for recent years. So far I never had no problem with bluetooth, so I'm surprised that I have a problem of bluetooth with my "BOLD". In my car, I use a JVC NX 5000 audio/navigation/ipod/bluetooth while something. All the audio features work very well. The problem is transfer my addresses for the hands-free kit. This function works very well with all the previous BlackBerry pocket but not with the "BOLD". The error message on the "BOLD" refers to JVC, strange enough documentation that all previous handheld computers has functioned.

  I guess I solved the problem. I remembered that some carkits have a limit of 500 numbers (BMW?). It turns out that the JVC (with hard drive) has the same question. So after removing some contacts outdated everything worked fine.

  Hi - I have a new Blackberry Curve 8900, which is loaded with contacts. I backed up the files on the handheld PC via Desktop Manager 4.7.

  How can I read/use the Contacts on my PC at home? Can I open the file with DM4.7? If not can I fill out an address book in Outlook Express? I don't want to "sync" my address book Outlook Express this with BB contacts. I wish I had the contacts of BB as a stand-alone resource on my PC. I think that I could create a new (empty) address book in Outlook Express, but I can't understand how to transfer from your cell phone to the PC.

  Yes, you can use Outlook Express (and I'm not very familiar with OE), but yes as you can.

  Understand how to create the second profile of OE, as in OE.

  Then using BlackBerry Desktop Manager, click SYNC and open it. In the clock > configuration you can find options to set the program in which the sync function connects... together this and you will be ready to go.
