Update the system failed cannot start phone

I started earlier today to the update of the system and haven't noticed that my battery was really low. It seems that the battery runs out during the update process. Is that a way to every factory reset the phone or install update. I use the phone of Keon

Looks like that the phone does not receive enough power to the wall socket. I plugged it to my computer USB and it started immediately - on OS and all seems OK

    Restore point:

    Try typing F8 at startup and in the list of Boot selections, select Mode safe using ARROW top to go there > and then press ENTER.

    Try a restore of the system once, to choose a Restore Point prior to your problem...

    Click Start > programs > Accessories > system tools > system restore > choose another time > next > etc.

    If restore work not and you do not have a Vista DVD from Microsoft, do a repair disc to do a Startup Repair:

    Download the ISO on the link provided and make a record of repair time it starts.

    Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.

    At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu.

    When you have changed that, insert the Bootable disk you did in the drive and reboot.

    Remove the Vista updates; two ways to do this:

    1. a System Restore to before the updates:

    Click Start > programs > Accessories > system tools > System Restore > restore time/choose your own date > next

    If you use Norton, disable it before using the system restore.

    If it is impossible to enter the Normal Mode, do a Safe Mode system restore:

    Press F8 at the startup/power and the list of startup options, use THE ARROW key to select Safe mode > and then press ENTER.

    Both HP and Microsoft indicate my laptop was ready for the upgrade to Windows 10, but when I tried to do the upgrade there not - several times - with the error message of Microsoft that "we could not update the system reserved partition."

    Other threads of error indicate the system reserved partition must be larger.  This partition is usually small.  Try making at least 400 MB instead of the 100 MB to 250 MB it is probably now.

    I tried to fix this on my laptop and I get the error code 10.   He suggested that if I tried to reinstall the driver it can solve the problem.  Then I hit, apply the fix.  As he looked through windows update for driver and try to install it, it came up saying device driver has not been installed successfully. Please consult your device manufacturing to install the unit.

    Issued by troubleshooting it: Driver must be reinstalled.

    Don't enter the right amount of space between "/" s, skipped the part attrib by accident, and when I couldn't find the file Explorer options moved the command chkdsk.  As it was for Windows 7 to 8 figurative later may not be necessary.

    Installation failed with code C1900101 (if the memory.)  Seen people on other boards with driver issues, I have disconnected my external monitor and was able to install.

    You can get the Chkdsk to run in the General Windows interface by following these instructions?

    Try running ChkDsk to check your drive for errors. Right click on your drive icon / properties / tools / error checking.
