  CC showed I could update 2015 of Photoshop since photoshop 2014, but then only had a trial of 30 days, this normal? now I do not have photoshop cause the entire trial is over?  I paid for photoshop - but I don't have photoshop, please help!

  I use an iMac with El Capitan. When I opened the first Pro CS5.5, purple logo for the program opens. Then, before the program opens, I get a message saying "Adobe Premiere Pro CS5.5 close unexpectedly. What I did to trouble shoot this problem includes running Mac cleaner and get rid of the Cache files, replacing by El Capitan Yosemite and quit After Effects, which opened at the same time. I'm looking for another method of troubleshooting so I can start the program with success. Any suggestions of this community would be greatly appreciated.

• Change of Modem and WRT54GL quit unexpectedly from Internet

  I've got a WRT54GL powered by a Motorola 5101 cable modem that has worked well for years.  Today, I replaced the 5101 with a very modem provided by Charter mastering DOCIS 3.0, which resulted in a loss of internet connection.  The modem works when connected directly to the computer and the router also function as before except the two do not play well together.  I don't know if there is a problem with the DOCSIS 3.0 standard and the WRT54 or what.  The router firmware is very old - something in 2006 so I don't know if that has anything to do with it.  Recommendations or suggestions are sought after.  Thank you

  I try to get Animate to work on an iMac and it crashes at launch. I use a package installer for enterprise thereafter. I deleted the Preferences file in /Users/Your User Name/Library/Preferences/Adobe and was a failure. All other programs launch correctly. I also did a clean install on a blank disc as well. Uninstalled with the package included, then installed. Finally, we have compiled just this program in a package and it always start.

  Here are the specs of the system:

  iMac, retina 5 k, end of 2014

  CPU: i7 4 GHz

  RAM: 16 GB

  GPU: Radeon R9

  I can also send the report of accident if asked.

• Suite CS5 do not update about OSX El Capitan and "quit unexpectedly" WARNING shows on the closure of the programmes.

  I just bought a new iMac OSX El Capitan 10.11.1 running and that you have installed the Master Collection CS5. I'm having two problems with him.

  First the entire suite seems to refuse to update. Updates of are recognized by the updater and downloaded. But at the end of the process, a notice of default to install update appears. It seems to include all updates downloaded.

  I'm not under any third-party anti-virus software. I also tried to disable the firewall without result.

  Solution: Clean up damaged files and reinstall your app

  Resolve the error and to editor elements of Photoshop or Adobe Premiere elements Editor to start are a two-step process:

  1. Records of cleaning:
     1. On the tab or a window of Finder, click go > go to folder.
     2. Type ~/library/conteneurs and click OK.
     3. Search for all records that contain the word adobe in their names and delete them.
     4. On the tab or a window of Finder, click go > go to folder.
     5. Containers of type ~/library/group and click OK.
     6. Looking for a folder named JQ525L2MZD.pepe.
     7. {Be careful when performing this step} In the folder: JQ525L2MZD.pepe:
        • Do NOT delete records: JQ525L2MZD.pepe/Application Support/Adobe/Elements Organizer/catalogs.
        • Delete: another record above, delete all other files and folders inside JQ525L2MZD.pepe.
  2. Reinstall the software:
     1. Uninstall your software from the elements and make sure that the application is no longer available.
     2. Clear your computer's trash.
     3. Restart your Mac.
     4. Reinstall your app from the Mac App Store.
     5. Start your application.

  You can uninstall applications as any other of your panel system programs and features and then select the versions earlier in the section of the older Versions of CC app. Before that, you can always try to fix real MSVC DURATION 2012 by equalyl uninstall and reinstall directly from Microsoft.
