Updated Illustrator; now, it's a trial version. How can I fix it?

I pay a full subscription through the company, USDA contract. I've just updated Illustrator to the latest version, but it says I have a "trial". How can I fix it? Thank you.

If your organization uses the Enterprise Dashboard, check that you have been added to the dashboard and given the right to the right of the product.

If it is in place, check if you have connected to the application.

Connect and disconnect activate Cloud Creative applications
