  If you go to iTunes and watch your backups, you don't see one that was made today? Did you see an indication of the backup was not successful? What version of iOS is the device that you have been asked to update? It was not an iOS for the iPhone 3GS update in a while. Regarding the photos and videos, you had never taken the time to import them on the computer?

  Depending on what you mean by "voice command", either:

  Settings / general / accessibility / VoiceOver / OFF, or

  Settings / Siri / OFF

  As for your use of the battery, you can check what app pulls most of its use in the settings / battery.  A new version of the app is sometimes problematic, not necessarily iOS or iPhone.  If you see a unusual % of use of a particular application, or force-to leave it removal/reinstalling it or remove it until an update comes.  If anything seems unusual, it might be a problematic installation of iOS, in which case, you could backup your iPhone and restore it:

  Looks like a bug go to settings - iCloud back up now.

  After restore backup iPad back to the factory settings, this will get rid of any bugs.

  Use the same apple ID installs back over your WiFi when you are asked if you want to use iCloud backup say yes

  To retrieve all your apps / data.

• In Safari, the links are inactive after update to iOS 9.3

  try to use google or yahoo apps.  Safari does not seem to work but I have access to the internet using both applications.  It's good that an update apple killed their own search engine.

  Upon publication, I have installed iOS 9.2.1 on our iPhones and iPads.  However, a few days ago, I noticed by plugging in my iPhone on my iMac, iTunes do not have the option to back up or synchronize the phone.  It was the same for our iPads and then, today, iTunes asked me to DL and install the "new iOS - 9.2.1.  Any OSX software was up to date.  I installed it on my phone and the problem has been corrected; iTunes then asked to install 'the new iOS' to all the other devices when they were then connected to my iMac.  The issue seems to be fixed, but someone has an idea what was going?

  It seems that you are unable to update your iPhone because an error keeps occurring in preventing. I would use the troubleshooting in the following article to help you here:

  Solve the iOS update and restore error in iTunes

  If this still does not work then I put the device into Recovery Mode and then try to restore again.

  If you are unable to update or restore your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch

  Don't forget to backup your device first, since restoration in Recovery Mode will erase the phone and completely reinstall iOS from scratch rather than update it.  Thank you for using communities of Apple Support.

• IOS app showing "disconnected" after update to IOS 9.3.2

  Well, it seems that I can access is no longer my actions on my iPhone after updating to IOS 9.3.2,and the app shows my NAS as 'Online', but the actions all show "disconnected." If I'm on WIFI it connects fine and shows "connected (LAN)" cell data are enabled for the application and the NAS server is online, just won't access actions while on cell phone. I guess this is a new problem and we have to wait for an update of the app? Sucks that I have to be on WIFI to access my actions to my phone. Desktop application works very well.   I was finally able to fix it by going into the tab 'Cloud' on the NAS by clicking on the button "Exit" to cancel my account, signing of the computer desktop and the IOS app, then go to http://readycloud.netgear.com/client/index.html#page=discoverdevices to register a new account with a different email address, even used the same password. Then come back to the NAS to turn on and connect to the cloud and finally sign with the new account on the IOS app. It worked and I can now access all my actions on IOS other networks.
