  There is no virus in all Adobe downloads. We certainly have not got reports similar to yours to someone else.

  What indication you get from such a virus? Certain type of dialog pop up? What virus and/or malware software audit do you use?

  Where are you Adobe software download from? And for which product?

  The previous poster, you should check your system with a reliable malware detector to make sure that it isn't something to do with your system as some malicious programs installed!

  2. what e-mail on the computer client program do you use? Is - this Windows Mail or Windows Live Mail?

  It gives you an option to connect or upgrade this software under license. If yes click identify you / license of this software to go further and turn it on. If it's a perpetual license activate by entering your serial key and connecting and if it is a subscription then just sign in with your Adobe it will activate a said.
