  You can follow the approach below:

  1. put upgraded the database to 11.2.0.4 on Source Linux 5.3 and then migrate to Linux 6.3.

  2. use the installation wizard to fix file system and install the new technology stack for your Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2 on target Linux 6.3 release system.

  3 perform the upgrade steps of R12.2 on target Linux 6.3.

  I want to upgrade the RAM on my A100-306 to make use of the full capacity of win 7 64 bit. I was looking around, I know that I need PC-4200 (533 MHz) 200 Pin SODIMM modules, but I'm not clear on whether they need to be combined. Ideally, I would like to buy a single 2 GB module now and then take a second in the future. My questions are:

  (1) is it acceptable to have a single 2 GB module?
  (2) can I leave in one of the current 512 GB modules give me 2.5 GB?
  (3) the extent to which the second module must match the first case has been purchased and added at a later date?

  Usually it s recommended to use modules with the same specifications
  I mean that the modules must use the same speed (Mhz) if one of the modules will be slower then the fastest module be pointed down and the two modules would go to lower speed

  I have a 3.2-> upgrade problem 4.1 associated with error handling for the damaged database links.

  Please explain it's recommended to upgrade battery Tech all components before moving from R12.1.1 to R12.1.2
  I'm upgrading from R12.1.1 to R12.1.2 without upgrading the components of battery tech, as it requires minimum versions and components of Battery R12.1.1 technology support these versions
  Can I walk on the production after the application of this test

  We are about to upgrade to R12.1.3 of R11.5.9.
  
  As part of the test, I configured and started the workflow Mailer in the new system. As soon as I did, the system began to send only a ton of notifications of recent approvals of requisition apparently waiting in line in the system. WF Mailer has been down since I did the last upgrade test.
  
  We intend to approve applications from before the changeover in the old system, so there should be no e-mail notifications in the waiting. Is there a way to msg_state of these notifications was updated in the table wf_notification_out with a value of "READY", so we can ensure that we will have a clean system, and users will not receive notifications about recent requisition approvals?

  A friend of mine is the site of customers and has been requested by the Client to submit the detailed procedure or documentation for the upgrade not R12 from 11i (forgotten ask the exact Rel).
  
  As I am not very clear or what is require accurate, can you gurus tell me what is the doc to be presented to them (as it had been requested for the task under tasks and details).
  
  By any chance do it need to follow the steps of the GOAL or is there any other realted to Doc Oracle recommended to follow while making these stesp update that can be submitted to the management / Busisess users so that they can get an idea of what is the steps involved in this procedure.
